Abstract
A mechanized complex of ferroalloy production, in which section of ferro-alloys casting into the molds is equipped with aspiration shelter in which tilting cradle is set for adjustable tilt bucket of molten ferro-alloy with chute for molten ferro-alloy pouring in the molds that are made trough-shaped and mounted on the carts with the possibility of moving under the chute for ferro-alloy melt pouring into the molds. The aspiration shelter is equipped with the aspiration drive hood set over the place for molten ferro-alloy pouring in molds. In the aspiration hood cover the hatch is made for ensuring the bucket with molten ferro-alloy setting into the tilting cradle. The area of the ferroalloys ingots extraction from the molds is equipped with a footstall for the mold with ferroalloy ingot and delivery table for ferroalloy ingot. The footstall bearing surface is located above the delivery table for the ingot crushing, which ingot falls on the delivery table after canting mold on the footstall. The receiving table is set with the possibility of drive inclination to move grinded ferroalloy in a portable box at discharge.
