Abstract

Disclosed is a method for the production of ferroalloys at mechanized complex wherein pouring of ferroalloys to mold is carried out on site with aspiration hood. A ladle with ferroalloy smelt is installed to the reverser with controlled angle of inclination through manhole in a cover of aspiration hood. The ferroalloy is poured into trough-shaped mold through a chute. The molds are periodically displaced on carriages under chute while pouring ferroalloy forprovision of layer-by-layer pouring of ferroalloy. The surface of ingots is dusted with fine ferroalloy before pouring of next layer. The dust-gas mixtures formed above chute while pouring ferroalloy to molds and above place of pouring ferroalloy to molds are trapped directly above the place of their forming and directed from aspiration hood to gas purification. During production of ferroalloy ingot at canting of molds the ferroalloy ingot falls on delivery table from height sufficient for grinding of ferroalloy ingot after its contact with the delivery table. The ground ferroalloy is transferred to displaceable box by driven tilting of the delivery table.
