LES HUILES LUBRIFIANTES USAGEES SONT SOUMISES AUX ETAPES SUCCESSIVES DANS L'ORDRE : ADJONCTION DE BASES FORTES EN SOLUTION AQUEUSE A RAISON DE 05 A 3% DE BASES PURES EN MASSE D'HUILES USAGEES, DESHYDRATATION ET EXTRACTION DES HYDROCARBURES LEGERS, EXTRACTION ET RECUPERATION DE GASOIL (STRIPPING) EXTRACTION DES IMPURETES. SELON L'INVENTION, UNE ADJONCTION COMPLEMENTAIRE D'UNE BASE FORTE EN SOLUTION AQUEUSE EN RAISON DE 0,1 A 1% DE BASE PURES EN MASSE D'HUILES USAGEES EST REALISEE POSTERIEUREMENT A L'ETAPE DE DESHYDRATATION ET EXTRACTION DES HYDROCARBURES LEGERS. LES HUILES LUBRIFIANTES USAGEES AINSI TRAITEES SONT DEBRRASSEES DE LEURS IMPURETES PAR DISTILLATIONTHE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A PROCESS AND PLANT FOR THE REGENERATION OF USED LUBRICATING OILS WITH A LOW FUEL, FATTY ACIDS AND CHLORINE PRODUCTS. THE USED LUBRICATING OILS ARE SUBJECT TO THE SUCCESSIVE STEPS IN THE ORDER: ADDITION OF STRONG BASES IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION DUE TO 05 TO 3% OF PURE BASES IN MASS OF USED OILS, DEHYDRATION AND EXTRACTION OF LIGHT OIL AND EXTRACTION OF LEGASO EXTRACTION (STRIPPING) EXTRACTION OF IMPURITIES. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, A COMPLEMENTARY ADDITION OF A STRONG BASE IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION DUE TO 0.1 TO 1% OF PURE BASE IN MASS OF OILS USED IS CARRIED OUT AFTER THE DEHYDRATION AND EXTRACTION OF LIGHT HYDROCARBONS stage. THE LUBRICATING OILS USED IN THIS PROCESS ARE CLEARED FROM THEIR IMPURITIES BY DISTILLATION
