Изобретение относитс  к цветной металлургии , в частнхюти к текнопогни переработки пылёй, образующихс  при шакт ной плавке свинцового агломерата. Известен способ переработки пылеи свинцового производства плавкой с восст новителем и сульфатом натри  ij. Однако в известном способе используетс  товарный сульфат натри , что ве- ает к увеличению эксплуатационных затрат . Цель изобретени  - сокращение эксплу атационных затрат. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в качестве источника сульфата натри  используют шлам от производства сернистого натра в количестве 45-65% от, веса пыли при отношении шлама к вос становителю (3,3 - 4,3) : 1. При уменьшении или увеличении расхода шлама снижаетс  извлечение свинца р данную фазу, изменение отношени  шла ма к восстановителю в сторону его умен шени  способствует резкому возрастанию в зкости штейно-4Ш1ак(Жой фазы, а в сторону увеличени  - снижению извлечени  свинца в цонную фазу. Предложенный способ осуществл етс  слецующим образом. Компоненты шихты дозируютс  в соответствии с заданным составсм и смешиваютс  с помощью шнекового питател . Готова  шихта подаетс  на поверхность ваниы электропечи, разогретой до 11501180 . Скорость загрузки шихты 23О кг на м сечени  печи в час. Про- дукты плавки выпускаютс  из печи по мере их накоплени .
