Abstract
Изобретение относитс к цветной металлургии, в частности к способам извлечени металлов из металлургических шлаков продувкой расплава восстановительными газами. Цель изобретени - повышение извлечени цинка и свинца из шлака и снижение расхода топлива на ведение технологического процесса. Дл этого процесс фьюминговани ведут в три стадии, режим которых обеспечивает на первой окислительной стадии повышение температуры шлака и удаление серы, на второй нейтральной стадии производитс введение в расплав клинкера от вальцевани окисленной цинковой руды с сохранением его восстановительных свойств, на третьей восстановительной стадии интенсифицируетс возгонка цинка и свинца. Данный способ позвол ет в качестве дополнительного топлива и восстановител при фьюминговании шлака использовать клинкер от вальцевани высокоосновной окисленной цинковой руды, вл ющейс отвальным продуктом, с использованием его восстановительных и энергетических возможностей непосредственно в расплаве, что обеспечиваетс проведением нейтральной продувки ЕО врем загрузки присадки в количестве 3-15$ от массы шлаке. 1 тэбл. ё СОThe invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to methods for extracting metals from metallurgical slags by melt blowing with reducing gases.
