Abstract

The invention relates to surgery. The purpose of the invention is the prevention of complications caused by asymmetric comparison of magnets and their rejection into the biliary tract when biliodigestive anastomoses are applied. A larger magnet 1 is swallowed by the patient before surgery. A magnet with a smaller diameter 2, provided with a central guide drain tube 3, is inserted into the incision of the biliary tract and fixed with sutures around the tube. Install the magnet 1 at the site of the intended anastomosis. A needle auxiliary thread connected to the drainage tube, is led through the wall of the intestine into the hole of magnet 1 and is punctured away from the anastomosis. Sweat the thread, puncture the intestinal wall, the drainage tube 3 is led into the hole of the magnet 1 and the magnets are matched. The thread is cut off, the overhang is sutured. 5 il.
