Abstract
Изобретение относитс к черной металлургии, к устройствам дл сухой гранул ции металлургических шлаков. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности устройства за счет исключени прогара, короблени его элементов и намораживани на них корок шлака. Устройство состоит из емкости 9 дл расплава с выпускным отверстием 10 диаметром а, пр моточного сопла 1 и установленного между ними желоба 3 в виде полого усеченного конуса с углом при вершине 60-80°. К боковой поверхности желоба 3 примыкают скребки, а внутри него смонтирован водоподающий струйный коллектор 6. В выходном конце пр моточного сопла 1 смонтирован разгонный лоток 2 в виде равнобедренной трапеции с углом наклона ее сторон к большему основанию 70-80°. Рассто ние между желобом 3 и соплом 1 равно 1,5-4A, выступающа за срез сопла его часть составл ет 2,7-4A. Диаметр сопла 8,0-12A, рассто ние между скребками желоба 5,0-6,0A. За счет вращени желоба 3 и охлаждени изнутри предотвращаетс прогар его поверхности. Горизонтальный скребок 8, установленный в сопле, и разгонный лоток обеспечивают удаление намороженных кусков. 3 ил., 1 табл.The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, to devices for dry granulation of metallurgical slags. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device by eliminating burnout, warping its elements and freezing slag crusts on them. The device consists of a tank 9 for a melt with an outlet 10 with a diameter a, a direct-flow nozzle 1 and a trough 3 installed between them in the form of a hollow truncated cone with an angle at the apex of 60-80 °. Scrapers adjoin the side surface of the groove 3, and a water-supplying jet collector 6 is mounted inside it. In the output end of the flow nozzle 1, the acceleration tray 2 is mounted in the form of an isosceles trapezium with its slope angle to a larger base 70-80 °. The distance between the chute 3 and the nozzle 1 is 1.5-4A, its protruding part of the nozzle section is 2.7-4A. The diameter of the nozzle is 8.0-12A, the distance between the scrapers of the chute is 5.0-6.0A. By rotating the chute 3 and cooling it from the inside, the burnout of its surface is prevented. Horizontal scraper 8 installed in the nozzle, and the upper tray provide the removal of frozen pieces. 3 ill., 1 tab.
