Смесь содержит, мае. %: жидкое стекло 3,8...4,2; алюмоборфосфатный концентрат 0,5..0,7; кварцевый песок остальное. Предлагаема смесь содержит св зующее , отвердитель и наполнитель. В качестве огнеупорного наполнител используют кварцевый песок. Св зующим вл етс жидкое стекло с модулем 2,6-2,9. В качестве отвердител используют алюмоборфосфатный концентрат, который содержит в своем составе, мас.%: фосфор в пересчете на Р20б 36,0 - 39,0; алюминий - на А120з 8,0 - 9,0; бор на B20s 1,3 - 2,0; вода остальное.The proposed mixture contains a binder, a hardener and a filler.
