Abstract
Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к способам изготовлени арматуры шкива клиноре- менной передачи. Цель изобретени - улучшение качества готовых изделий за счет повышени надежности сцеплени арматуры со шкивом при их сборке. Способ включает отрезку заготовки, пробивку по кра м заготовки пазов с образованием зубцов. Одновременно с пробивкой смещают часть заготовки в зоне деформации в направлении пробивки Затем производ т гибку заготовки с образованием профил ручь шкива и последующую гибку профил в кольцо. Использование способа позвол ет повысить срок службы шкива передачи до начала отслаивани арматуры . 3 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular, to methods for producing reinforcement for a V-belt pulley. Then, the workpiece is bent to form a pulley profile and then the profile is bent into a ring.
