Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к хирургической гепатологии, а именно к лечению хронических диффузных заболеваний печени. Для осуществления способа при осложнениях цирроза печени, выявляемых только при детальном обследовании, основной задачей является стимуляция репартивной регенерации печени для обратного развития изменений путем поверхностной электрокоагуляцией плоским электродом аппарата хирургической диатермии скользящими движениями сегментов при силе тока 7 А и напряжении 3 U в сочетании с внутрипортальной инфузией лекарств через пупочную вену или круглую связку печени и интестинальной оксигенотерапией через ниппельную еюностому в течение 5 мес в домашних условиях, осуществляемой самим пациентом из кислородной подушки. При циррозе печени, осложненном холестазом, наряду со стимуляцией репартивной регенерации, дополнительно осуществляется удаление увеличенных перихоледохеальных лимфоузлов или один из вариантов желчеотводящих операций (холецисто-еюноанастомоз, холедоходуодено- или еюносоустье). При циррозе печени, осложненном портальной гипертензией, в качестве первого этапа помощи им выполняются эндоваскулярная рентгенэмболизация селезеночной артерии (РЭСА). При ее эффективности через 3 мес выполняется основной этап помощи, направленный на стимуляцию репаративной регенерации печени.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgical hepatology, and in particular to the treatment of chronic diffuse liver diseases. In cirrhosis of the liver complicated by portal hypertension, endovascular x-ray embolization of the splenic artery (RESA) is performed as the first stage of care. With its effectiveness, after 3 months the main stage of care is performed, aimed at stimulating the reparative regeneration of the liver.
