Известен способ производства консервов "Капуста тушеная с курицей по-болгарски", предусматривающий подготовку рецептурных компонентов, шинковку и замораживание свежей белокочанной капусты, резку курятины и зелени петрушки, смешивание перечисленных компонентов с растительным маслом, томатной пастой, солью и перцем черным горьким, фасовку полученной смеси и костного бульона, герметизацию и стерилизацию (RU 2304903 С1, 2007).A known method for the production of canned food "Braised cabbage with chicken in Bulgarian", which includes preparing the recipe, chopping and freezing fresh white cabbage, cutting chicken and parsley, mixing these components with vegetable oil, tomato paste, bitter salt and pepper, packing obtained mixtures and bone broth, sealing and sterilization (RU 2304903 C1, 2007).
