Массу для производства кирпича приготавливают следующим образом. Глину сушат, размалывают до порошкообразного состояния и смешивают с вулканическим пеплом. Влажность массы выбирают в пределах 9-13%. Из полученной массы прессуют кирпич, который обжигают при температуре 900-1100°С. Возможно нанесение на поверхность отформованного кирпича (до обжига) слоя глазурной суспензии.The mass for the production of bricks is prepared as follows.
