Claims (79)
объединения по меньшей мере одного активного компонента, представляющего собой высокоинтенсивный подсластитель, с по меньшей мере одним инкапсулирующим материалом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из поливинилацетата, полиэтилена, сшитого поливинилпирролидона, полиметилметакрилата, полилактидацида, полигидроксиалканатов, этилцеллюлозы, поливинилацетатфталата, полиэтиленгликолиевых сложных эфиров, сополимера метакриловой кислоты и метилметакрилата и их комбинаций, и с модифицирующей прочность на разрыв добавкой, выбранной из группы, состоящей из жира, эмульгатора, пластификатора, умягчителя, низкомолекулярного полимера, высокомолекулярного полимера, воска и их комбинаций;
сравнения прочности на разрыв полученной системы доставки с прочностью на разрыв по меньшей мере одного образца системы доставки, имеющей тот же или аналогичный активный компонент и известную скорость высвобождения активного компонента, и
повторения указанных стадий, пока не будет получена заданная прочность на разрыв целевой системы доставки, выбранная на основе сравнения с прочностью на разрыв указанного образца.
(а) получение множества образцов систем доставки, содержащих по меньшей мере один активный компонент и по меньшей мере один инкапсулирующий материал, причем каждый из упомянутых образцов систем доставки имеет разную прочность на разрыв.
(b) тестирование образцов систем доставки для определения относительных скоростей высвобождения активного компонента; и
(с) разработка намеченной системы доставки, содержащей тот же или аналогичный активный компонент с прочностью на разрыв, соответствующим желаемой скорости высвобождения активного компонента на основе образцов систем доставки.
определение желаемой скорости высвобождения для по меньшей мере одного активного компонента в пищевой композиции;
определение прочности на разрыв с желаемой скоростью высвобождения; и
разработка целевой системы доставки для по меньшей мере одного активного компонента на основе, по меньше мере, частично, прочности на разрыв.
инкапсулирование по меньшей мере одного активного компонента, представляющего собой высокоинтенсивный подсластитель, в по меньшей мере одном инкапсулирующем материале, выбранном из группы, состоящей из поливинилацетата, полиэтилена, сшитого поливинилпирролидона, полиметилметакрилата, полилактидацида, полигидроксиалканатов, этилцеллюлозы, поливинилацетатфталата, полиэтиленгликолиевых сложных эфиров, сополимера метакриловой кислоты и метилметакрилата и их комбинаций, и модифицирующей прочность на разрыв добавке, выбранной из группы, состоящей из жира, эмульгатора, пластификатора, умягчителя, низкомолекулярного полимера, высокомолекулярного полимера, воска и их комбинаций, с образованием целевой системы доставки, имеющей прочность на разрыв по меньшей мере 10000 psi; и
добавление полученной целевой системы доставки к пищевой композиции.
определение желаемой скорости высвобождения для первого активного компонента в пищевой композиции;
определение первой требуемой прочности на разрыв для первой системы доставки, связанной с упомянутой желаемой скоростью высвобождения; и выбор первой системы доставки для первого упомянутого активного компонента на основе по меньшей мере частично, упомянутого первого прочности на разрыв.
определение второй желаемой скорости высвобождения для второго активного компонента в пищевой композиции;
определение второй требуемой прочности на разрыв для второй системы доставки, связанной с упомянутой второй желаемой скоростью высвобождения; и
выбор второй системы доставки для второго упомянутого активного компонента на основе по меньшей мере частично, упомянутого второго прочности на разрыв.
а) определение желаемой скорости высвобождения активного компонента;
b) определение целевого прочности на разрыв системы доставки, способной доставить по меньшей мере один активный компонент при желаемой скорости высвобождения; и
с) разработка целевой системы доставки, содержащей по меньшей мере один активный компонент, имеющий целевую прочность на разрыв.
