Claims (9)
1. Способ улучшения удаления воздуха из смазочного масла, измеренного по ASTM D3427, включающий этап смешивания присадки со смазочным маслом с помощью смесителя с большими сдвиговыми усилиями, причем присадка представляет собой алкилакрилатный полимер.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что смазочное масло содержит основной компонент масла, а основной компонент масла содержит по меньшей мере 75% масс. синтетического базового масла от массы основного компонента масла.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что смазочное масло имеет кинематическую вязкость в диапазоне от 5 до 220 сСт при 40°C.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что смазочное масло имеет композицию для использования жидкости для гидросистемы.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что молекулярная масса алкилакрилатного полимера составляет менее 10000.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что алкилакрилатный полимер представляет собой гомополимер алкилакрилата, имеющий по меньшей мере 3, но менее 7 атомов углерода в алкильном радикале, или алкилакрилатный полимер представляет собой сополимер по меньшей мере двух различных алкилакрилатов, в которых алкильный радикал имеет от 1 до 18 атомов углерода, и в которых среднее количество атомов углерода в алкильных радикалах молекулы сополимера составляет по меньшей мере 3, но менее 7 в пересчете на моли.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере 0,0005% масс. и менее 0,1% масс. алкилакрилатного полимера от массы смазочного масла смешивают со смазочным маслом.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что присадку смешивают со смазочным маслом на скорости по меньшей мере 400 об/мин.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что присадку смешивают со смазочным маслом на скорости по меньшей мере 800 об/мин.
