Покрытое стеклянное изделие, включающее:стеклянный корпус, включающий первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, противоположную первой поверхности, причем первая поверхность представляет собой внешнюю поверхность стеклянного изделия; иантифрикционное покрытие, расположенное, по меньшей мере, на части первой поверхности стеклянного корпуса, причем антифрикционное покрытие включает полимерное химическое соединение, антифрикционное покрытие имеет толщину, равную или составляющую менее чем приблизительно 1 мкм, и коэффициент трения, равный или составляющий менее чем 0,7 по отношению к аналогичному покрытому стеклянному изделию, причем:покрытое стеклянное изделие сохраняет термическую устойчивость после депирогенизации при температуре, составляющей, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 280°C в течение 30 минут на воздухе;пропускание света через покрытое стеклянное изделие равно или составляет более чем приблизительно 55% пропускания света через непокрытое стеклянное изделие при длине волны, составляющей от приблизительно 400 нм до приблизительно 700 нм; иантифрикционное покрытие имеет потерю массы, составляющую менее чем приблизительно 5% его массы, при нагреве от температуры 150°C до 350°C при скорости нагревания, составляющей приблизительно 10°C/мин.2. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 1 в котором антифрикционное покрытие дополнительно включает связующее вещество, расположенное на первой поверхности стеклянного корпуса, и полимерное химическое соединение, расположенное поверх связующего вещества.3. Claims (15)
1. Покрытое стеклянное изделие, включающее:
стеклянный корпус, включающий первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, противоположную первой поверхности, причем первая поверхность представляет собой внешнюю поверхность стеклянного изделия; и
антифрикционное покрытие, расположенное, по меньшей мере, на части первой поверхности стеклянного корпуса, причем антифрикционное покрытие включает полимерное химическое соединение, антифрикционное покрытие имеет толщину, равную или составляющую менее чем приблизительно 1 мкм, и коэффициент трения, равный или составляющий менее чем 0,7 по отношению к аналогичному покрытому стеклянному изделию, причем:
покрытое стеклянное изделие сохраняет термическую устойчивость после депирогенизации при температуре, составляющей, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 280°C в течение 30 минут на воздухе;
пропускание света через покрытое стеклянное изделие равно или составляет более чем приблизительно 55% пропускания света через непокрытое стеклянное изделие при длине волны, составляющей от приблизительно 400 нм до приблизительно 700 нм; и
антифрикционное покрытие имеет потерю массы, составляющую менее чем приблизительно 5% его массы, при нагреве от температуры 150°C до 350°C при скорости нагревания, составляющей приблизительно 10°C/мин.
2. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 1 в котором антифрикционное покрытие дополнительно включает связующее вещество, расположенное на первой поверхности стеклянного корпуса, и полимерное химическое соединение, расположенное поверх связующего вещества.
3. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 2, в котором связующее вещество включает, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих веществ:
первое силановое химическое соединение, продукт его гидролиза или его олигомер; и
химическое соединение, образующееся в результате олигомеризации, по меньшей мере, первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения, причем первое силановое химическое соединение и второе силановое химическое соединение представляют собой различные химические соединения.
4. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 3. причем первое силановое химическое соединение представляет собой ароматическое силановое химическое соединение.
5. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 3, в котором связующее вещество включает, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих веществ:
смесь первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения; и
химическое соединение, образующееся в результате олигомеризации, по меньшей мере, первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения.
6. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 1, в котором антифрикционное покрытие включает:
полиимидное химическое соединение; и
связующее вещество, расположенное между полиимидным химическим соединением и первой поверхностью стеклянного корпуса, причем связующее вещество включает, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих веществ:
смесь первого силанового химического соединения, продукта его гидролиза или его олигомера и второго силанового химического соединения, продукта его гидролиза или его олигомера, причем первое силановое химическое соединение представляет собой ароматическое силановое химическое соединение, и второе силановое химическое соединение представляет собой алифатическое силановое химическое соединение; и
химическое соединение, образующееся в результате олигомеризации, по меньшей мере, первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения.
7. Покрытое стеклянное изделие, включающее:
стеклянный корпус, включающий первую поверхность; и
антифрикционное покрытие, расположенное, по меньшей мере, на части первой поверхности стеклянного корпуса и имеющее коэффициент трения, равный или составляющий менее чем 0,7 по отношению к аналогичному покрытому стеклянному изделию, антифрикционное покрытие включает:
слой связующего вещества, расположенный на первой поверхности стеклянного корпуса, причем слой связующего вещества включает связующее вещество, и связующее вещество представляет собой, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих веществ:
первое силановое химическое соединение, продукт его гидролиза или его олигомер, причем первое силановое химическое соединение представляет собой ароматическое силановое химическое соединение; и
химическое соединение, образующееся в результате олигомеризации, по меньшей мере, первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения; причем полимерный слой расположен поверх слоя связующего вещества, и полимерный слой включает полиимидное химическое соединение, причем:
первое силановое химическое соединение и второе силановое химическое соединение представляют собой различные химические соединения;
покрытое стеклянное изделие сохраняет термическую устойчивость после депирогенизации при температуре, составляющей, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 280°C в течение 30 минут на воздухе; и
пропускание света через покрытое стеклянное изделие равно или составляет более чем приблизительно 55% пропускания света через непокрытое стеклянное изделие при длине волны, составляющей от приблизительно 400 нм до приблизительно 700 нм.
8. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 2 или 7, в котором связующее вещество включает силсесквиоксановое химическое соединение, включающее ароматический фрагмент и аминный фрагмент.
9. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 7, в котором связующее вещество включает, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих веществ:
смесь первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения, причем второе силановое химическое соединение представляет собой алифатическое силановое химическое соединение; и
химическое соединение, образующееся в результате олигомеризации, по меньшей мере, первого силанового химического соединения и второго силанового химического соединения.
10. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 3 или 7, в котором первое силановое химическое соединение представляет собой ароматическое алкоксисилановое химическое соединение, включающее, по меньшей мере, один аминный фрагмент, и второе силановое химическое соединение представляет собой алифатическое алкоксисилановое химическое соединение, включающее, по меньшей мере, один аминный фрагмент.
11. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 3 или 7, в котором первое силановое химическое соединение включает, по меньшей мере, один аминный фрагмент, и второе силановое химическое соединение включает, по меньшей мере, один аминный фрагмент.
12. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 3 или 7, в котором первое силановое химическое соединение представляет собой аминофенилтриметоксисилан, и второе силановое химическое соединение представляет собой 3-аминопропилтриметоксисилан.
13. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 6 или 7, в котором полиимидное химическое соединение образуется в результате полимеризации следующих соединений:
по меньшей мере, одно мономерное химическое соединение, включающее, по меньшей мере, два аминных фрагмента; и, по меньшей мере, одно мономерное химическое соединение, включающее, по меньшей мере, два ангидридных фрагмента и имеющее структуру бензофенона.
14. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 6 или 7, в котором полиимидное химическое соединение образуется, когда в полимеризацию вступают, по меньшей мере, диангидрид бензофенон-3,3',4,4'-тетракарбоновой кислоты, орто-толидин и 4,4'-метилен-бис(2-метиланилин).
15. Покрытое стеклянное изделие по п. 7, в котором антифрикционное покрытие имеет потерю массы, составляющую менее чем приблизительно 5% его массы, при нагреве от температуры 150°C до 350°C при скорости нагревания, составляющей приблизительно 10°C/мин.
