本实用新型涉及一种容器,特别是涉及一种玻璃容器。
背景技术:
日常生活中所使用的玻璃容器可以包括为各类玻璃杯、开水瓶、奶瓶及食品瓶等,这些玻璃杯、开水瓶、奶瓶及食品瓶等已具有悠久的历史,并至今仍在延续使用,其中主要原因是使用清洁、卫生,无污染产生,可是玻璃容器如使用不当,即造成破碎,易引起伤害人体的事故发生,特别是对婴儿或儿童,因此,在使用过程中需小心谨慎,并且,玻璃容器的保温性也较差。
另外,随着科学技术的发展,各种新材料的应用,出现了聚酯类容器,如聚酯类开水瓶等,故然,这种聚酯类开水瓶为外出携带提供了方便,但是这种聚酯类容器受热温度为65℃以上时,会释放对人身有害的化学成份,如溶入与聚酯类容器直接接触的开水、牛奶等后,长期饮用则会影响人体的健康。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的玻璃容器,它不但在使用时能保持清洁、卫生,无污染,而且,结构简单,使用方便、安全。
为了达到上述的目的本实用新型的解决方案是:本实用新型的玻璃容器包括一玻璃容器体,所述的玻璃容器体上端口以下的外表面上涂覆有一保护层。
所述的玻璃容器体上的保护层外涂覆有为间隔的呈环状的防滑层。
所述的玻璃容器体上的保护层外还涂覆有至少一个呈环状的或条状的温度显示层。
所述的保护层为高分子聚酯层。所述的呈环状的防滑层为天然乳胶涂层、乳胶薄膜层或PVC涂层。所述的呈环状的或条状的温度显示层为变色龙粉涂料层。
由于本实用新型改进了现有的玻璃容器,采用在玻璃容器体外涂覆有保护层、保护层上的防滑层及温度显示层,所述的保护层采用高分子聚酯材料可大大增加玻璃容器体的坚固性、抗碎能力,即使打碎后,玻璃片不会溅开,且降低伤害事故,同时,瓶体保温性更好,高温使用时,玻璃容器体内不会有任何有害成份产生,也不会造成污染现象,所述的保护层采用高分子聚酯材料,透明度好,外观上与普通玻璃瓶无明显差异,十分方便,所述的呈环状的防滑层应用天然乳胶涂层、乳胶薄膜层或PVC涂层,在手接触时可具有防滑效果,不易发生跌落事故,即可避免不必要的损失,所述的呈环状的或条状的温度显示层选用变色龙粉涂料层,受热后可具有不同温度的显示效能,便于撑握使用。本实用新型的玻璃容器拥有上述的种种优点,且有利于广泛推广使用。

以下将结合附图对本实用新型的一种玻璃容器作进一步的详细描述。
参照图1,该实用新型的一种玻璃容器包含有一玻璃容器体1,所述的玻璃容器体1上端口以下的外表面上涂覆有一保护层2,所述的保护层2为高分子聚酯层,所述的玻璃容器体1上的保护层2外涂覆有为间隔的呈环状的防滑层3,所述的呈环状的防滑层3为天然乳胶涂层、乳胶薄膜层或PVC涂层,所述的玻璃容器体1上的保护层2外还涂覆有至少一个呈环状的或条状的温度显示层4,所述的呈环状的或条状的温度显示层4为变色龙粉涂料层,所述的呈环状的或条状的温度显示层4的个数由所述的玻璃容器体1的高度决定。
本实用新型的一种玻璃容器可以为各类奶瓶、开水瓶、食品瓶、玻璃杯等,因此,均属于本实用新型的保护范畴。
本实用新型的一种玻璃容器的使用,如当装有热牛奶时,所述的玻璃容器体1上的保护层2外的呈环状的或条状的温度显示层4将会因受热后发生变化,一种是通过不同的颜色显示表示当前的热牛奶的热量温度,另一种是以单色显示这种颜色不同的层次表示当前的热牛奶的热量温度,这样可以撑握所需饮用牛奶的热量温度,不至于热量太热或欠热,手拿本实用新型的玻璃容器时,由于存在间隔的呈环状的防滑层3可以防止因不慎而滑落现象的产生,总之,本实用新型的一种玻璃容器的使用相比现有的玻璃容器且具有更安全,更方便,更可靠。

1、一种玻璃容器,它包括一玻璃容器体(1),其特征在于所述的玻璃容器体(1)上端口以下的外表面上涂覆有一保护层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃容器,其特征在于所述的玻璃容器体(1)上的保护层(2)外涂覆有为间隔的呈环状的防滑层(3)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃容器,其特征在于所述的玻璃容器体(1)上的保护层(2)外还涂覆有至少一个呈环状的或条状的温度显示层(4)。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种玻璃容器,其特征在于所述的保护层(2)为高分子聚酯层。
5、根据权利要求2所述的一种玻璃容器,其特征在于所述的呈环状的防滑层(3)为天然乳胶涂层或乳胶薄膜层或PVC涂层。
6、根据权利要求3所述的一种玻璃容器,其特征在于所述的呈环状的或条状的温度显示层(4)为变色龙粉涂料层。
