Abstract
1. Способ извлечения металлов из сульфидно-окисленных медных руд, заключающийся в коллективной флотации сульфидных и окисленных минералов меди из измельченной руды с выделением коллективного концентрата, чановом выщелачивании коллективного концентрата при перемешивании водным раствором серной кислоты с участием озона, пероксида водорода и ионов трехвалентного железа, обезвоживании и промывке кека выщелачивания концентрата, экстракции меди из медьсодержащих растворов, флотационном извлечении меди и серебра из кеков выщелачивания концентрата. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что флотационное извлечение меди и серебра из кеков выщелачивания концентрата проводят при значении pH 6-8 без применения пенообразователя реагентом DSP017, состоящим из изобутилового дитиофосфата и тионокарбамата. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что флотационное извлечение меди и серебра из кеков выщелачивания концентрата проводят по схеме одна основная, одна контрольная и одна перечистная операции флотации. !4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что экстракцию меди из растворов производят методом жидкостной экстракции с последующей электроэкстракцией и использованием выделяемого рафината экстракции для выщелачивания концентрата и промывки кека выщелачивания. 1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the flotation recovery of copper and silver from the leaching cakes of the concentrate is carried out at a pH value of 6-8 without the use of a foaming agent with the reagent DSP017, consisting of isobutyl dithiophosphate and thionocarbamate. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the flotation recovery of copper and silver from the leaching cakes of the concentrate is carried out according to the scheme of one main, one control and one cleaning flotation operation. !4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the extraction of copper from the solutions is carried out by the method of liquid extraction followed by electroextraction and the use of the separated extraction raffinate for leaching the concentrate and washing the leach cake.
