Способ коррекции астигматизма в ходе факоэмульсификации катаракты с имплантацией эластичной интраокулярной линзы (ИОЛ), включающий устранение астигматизма путем проведения насечки роговицы, факоэмульсификацию катаракты через роговичный тоннельный разрез, имплантацию ИОЛ, отличающийся тем, что насечку производят концентрично лимбу, при этом линия, проведенная через середину насечки и центр роговицы, совпадает с сильной осью астигматизма, затем выполняют роговичный тоннельный самогерметизирующийся разрез от середины насечки к центру роговицы, через который производят факоэмульсификацию катаракты и имплантацию ИОЛ.
