Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and can be used for the treatment of senile cataract associated with pseudoexfoliative syndrome.According to the invention the claimed method consists in that it is carried out the local and regional anesthesia, is fixed the superior rectus muscle, is incised the conjunctiva at the limbus level and cornea at the level of 10.00…14.00 o'clock, then at the level of the pupil edge are performed four incisions which corresponds to 09.00, 12.00, 15.00 and 18.00 o'clock, each of a length of 2 mm, is carried out the anterior capsulorhexis, is removed the nucleus of lens, is performed the lavage of lenticular masses, is implanted an artificial lens to the posterior chamber, is sutured the cornea and is restored the anterior chamber by introducing sterile saline, and then is sutured the conjunctiva, and in the subconjunctival space is introduced an antibiotic and a corticosteroid agent, then is released the superior rectus muscle.
