В качестве аналога нами взята комбинированная операция при катаракте и глаукоме - экстракция катаракты с обратным циклодиализом (Фагбейро Паес Олабоде УДК 617.741-004.1-089.87. «Влияние экстракции катаракты на гидродинамику глаза при открытоугольной глаукоме в зависимости от тактики хирургического вмешательства»). Операция обратного циклодиализа, т.е. отслоения цилиарного тела от склеры, была предложена Гейне (Heine, 1905). В 1922 г. были впервые опубликованы результаты на основании анализа 904 операций. Хороший эффект операции при кратковременном наблюдении был получен в 41,64% случаев, а при длительном наблюдении лишь в 25,76% (Heine L. Zyklodialyse: Augenärztiche Operationsehre Hrsg. Von A.Elshnig, Berlin, 1922, s.873-885). Техника операции заключается в следующем:The technique of the operation is as follows:

Через парацентезы роговицы, в верхненаружном и верхневнутреннем квадрантах используемые в ходе экстракции катаракты (ТЭК, ФЭК, ЛЭК), для манипуляций в передней камере выполняется обратный циклодиализ, в два приема, по 35°-40° в каждую сторону от парацентеза (всего по 70°-80° в зоне каждого парацентеза), и на глубину 5-6 мм.2.
