Claims (34)
1. Соль N-(4-фторбензил)-N-(1-метилпиперидин-4-ил)-N'-(4-(2-метилпропилокси)фенилметил)карбамида формулы I,
содержащая анионы, выбранные из группы, состоящей из фосфата, сульфата, нитрата, дифосфата, бикарбоната, карбоната, клавуланата, изотионата, бората, галогенида, нитрата, ацетата, сукцината, лактата, лактобионата, лаурата, манделата, малата, цитрата, фумарата, малеата, олеата, оксалата, аскорбата, никотината, бензоата, мезилата, салицилата, стеарата, танната, тозилата, валерата, метансульфоната, этансульфоната, бензолсульфоната, п-толуолсульфоната, 2-этандисульфоната и нафталинсульфоната.
2. Соль по п.1, в которой анион выбран из группы, состоящей из цитрата, фумарата, малеата, малата, фосфата, сукцината, сульфата и эдисилата.
3. Соль по п.2, в которой стехиометрическое соотношение равно 1:1, когда анион выбран из группы, состоящей из цитрата, малеата, малата, фосфата, сукцината и сульфата, и в которой стехиометрическое соотношение равно 2:1, когда анион выбран из группы, состоящей из эдисилата и фумарата.
5. Соль по п.4, которая характеризуется порошковой рентгенограммой, содержащей пики, имеющие значения d в ангстремах, равные приблизительно 31,8, приблизительно 15,9, приблизительно 7,9, приблизительно 6,3, приблизительно 5,96, приблизительно 5,23 и приблизительно 4,68.
7. Соль по п.6, которая характеризуется порошковой рентгенограммой, содержащей пики, имеющие значения d в ангстремах, равные приблизительно 21,7, приблизительно 18,3, приблизительно 15,7, приблизительно 14,5, приблизительно 12,6, приблизительно 12,3, приблизительно 10,9, приблизительно 5,52, приблизительно 4,72 и приблизительно 4,47.
8. Соль по п.6, которая характеризуется порошковой рентгенограммой, содержащей пики, имеющие значения d в ангстремах, равные приблизительно 18,4, приблизительно 15,7, приблизительно 12,6, приблизительно 9,2, приблизительно 5,50, приблизительно 4,93, приблизительно 4,70, приблизительно 4,51, приблизительно 4,17 и приблизительно 4,06.
10. Соль по п.9, которая характеризуется порошковой рентгенограммой, содержащей пики, имеющие значения d в ангстремах, равные приблизительно 13,0, приблизительно 5,71, приблизительно 5,24, приблизительно 4,77, приблизительно 4,37 и приблизительно 4,19.

20. Соль по п.19, которая характеризуется порошковой рентгенограммой, содержащей пики, имеющие значения d в ангстремах, равные приблизительно 10,0, приблизительно 6,05, приблизительно 5,31, приблизительно 4,97, приблизительно 4,68, приблизительно 4,26 и приблизительно 4,12.
21. Способ получения соли по п.1, включающий
a) формирование раствора соединения формулы I в органическом растворителе;
b) добавление кислоты, выбранной из группы, состоящей из лимонной кислоты, фумаровой кислоты, малеиновой кислоты, L-(-)-яблочной кислоты, фосфорной кислоты, янтарной кислоты, серной кислоты или 1,2-этандисульфоновой кислоты в указанный раствор и
c) выделение соли.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором указанное выделение содержит выделение соли из суспензии, сформированной после этапа b).
23. Способ по п.21, в котором указанное выделение включает осаждение соли из раствора, сформированного после этапа b) путем одного или более охлаждений, удаления растворителя или добавления осадителя.
24. Соль N-(4-фторбензил)-N-(1-метилпиперидин-4-ил)-N'-(4-(2-метилпропилокси)фенилметил)карбамида формулы I
полученная способом, включающим
a) формирование раствора соединения формулы I в органическом растворителе;
b) добавление кислоты, выбранной из группы, состоящей из лимонной кислоты, фумаровой кислоты, малеиновой кислоты, L-(-)-яблочной кислоты, фосфорной кислоты, янтарной кислоты, серной кислоты или 1,2-этандисульфоновой кислоты в указанный раствор и
c) выделение соли.
25. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая одну или более солей по п.1 и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.
26. Способ ингибирования активности рецептора моноаминов, включающий введение индивиду, по меньшей мере, одной соли по п.1.
27. Способ лечения психоневрологических заболеваний, включающий введение индивиду, по меньшей мере, одной соли по п.1.
28. Способ по п.27, в котором психоневрологическое заболевание выбрано из группы, состоящей из психоза, шизофрении, шизоаффективных расстройств, мании, психотической депрессии, аффективных расстройств, деменции, тревоги, нарушений сна, нарушений аппетита, биполярного расстройства, психоза, вторичного по отношению к гипертензии, мигрени, сосудистому спазму и ишемии, моторных тиков, тремора, психомоторного замедления, брадикинезии и невропатической боли.
29. Способ лечения нейродегенеративных заболеваний, включающий введение индивиду, по меньшей мере, одной соли по п.1.
30. Способ по п.29, в котором нейродегенеративное заболевание выбрано из группы, состоящей из болезни Паркинсона, болезни Хантингтона, болезни Альцгеймера, спиномозжечковой атрофии, синдрома Туретта, атаксии Фридриха, болезни Мачадо-Джозефа, деменции с тельцами Леви, дистонии, прогрессирующего супрануклеарного паралича и лобно-височной деменции.
31. Способ лечения дискинезии, связанной с допаминергической терапией, содержащий введение индивиду, по меньшей мере, одной соли по п.1.
32. Способ лечения дистонии, миоклонуса или тремора, связанного с допаминергической терапией, содержащий введение индивиду, по меньшей мере, одной соли по п.1.
33. Способ лечения тромботического состояния, содержащий введение индивиду, по меньшей мере, одной соли по п.1.
34. Способ по п.33, в котором тромботическое состояние выбрано из группы, состоящей из инфаркта миокарда, тромботического или ишемического приступа, идиопатической и тромботической тромбоцитопенической пурпуры, периферического сосудистого заболевания и болезни Рейно.
