Claims (1)

Способ лечения переломов пяточной кости, включающий наложение компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата, репозицию и фиксацию перелома, отличающийся тем, что через передний отдел пяточной кости проводят две перекрещивающиеся спицы, одну из них в направлении от тыла к подошве с внутренней стороны под углом 30° к горизонтальной плоскости, другую с внутренней стороны в направлении от подошвы к тылу под углом 35° к горизонтальной плоскости и 65° к первой спице, которые закрепляют на дуговой опоре, соединенной посредством торцевых резьбовых окончаний с возможностью осевых перемещений с базовой кольцевой опорой аппарата, расположенной на уровне нижней трети диафизов берцовых костей и фиксированной к последним посредством двух перекрещивающихся спиц, одна из которых проходит через обе кости голени, а другая только через большую берцовую кость параллельно ее внутренней грани, через бугор пяточной кости со стороны смещения проводят спицу с упором в горизонтальной плоскости перпендикулярно длинной оси пяточной кости, концы спицы закрепляют на кронштейнах в шарнирно установленной П-образной опоре, имеющей возможность осевого и углового перемещения посредством резьбовых стержней с шарнирами относительно дуговой опоры, и, после устранения всех видов смещений, осуществляют стабилизацию.A method for treating calcaneus fractures, including applying a compression-distraction apparatus, reposition and fixation of the fracture, characterized in that two crossing needles are passed through the front calcaneus, one of them in the direction from the rear to the sole from the inside at an angle of 30 ° to the horizontal the plane, the other from the inside in the direction from the sole to the rear at an angle of 35 ° to the horizontal plane and 65 ° to the first spoke, which are fixed on an arc support connected by end threaded ends axial movements with the base annular support of the apparatus, located at the level of the lower third of the tibia diaphysis and fixed to the latter by means of two crossing knitting needles, one of which passes through both tibia bones, and the other only through the tibia parallel to its inner face, through the calcaneal tubercle from the displacement side conducts a spoke with an emphasis in the horizontal plane perpendicular to the long axis of the calcaneus, the ends of the spokes are fixed to the brackets in a pivotally mounted U-shaped support, with the possibility of axial and angular movement by means of threaded rods with hinges relative to the arc support, and, after eliminating all types of displacements, carry out stabilization.
