Claims (1)

Способ лечения внутрисуставных компрессионных переломов пяточной кости, включающий наложение шарнирного компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата, репозицию и фиксацию перелома, отличающийся тем, что через бугор и крупный отломок пяточной кости проводят, как минимум, две спицы перпендикулярно сагиттальной плоскости, закрепляя их на заднем полукольце замкнутой шарнирной рамы, через кости среднего отдела стопы проводят две перекрещивающиеся спицы, которые закрепляют на переднем полукольце той же рамы, соединенной посредством резьбовых стержней с шарнирами с кольцевой опорой на костях голени и после устранения всех видов смещения осуществляют стабилизацию.A method for treating intra-articular compression calcaneal fractures, comprising applying an articulated compression-distraction apparatus, reposition and fixation of the fracture, characterized in that at least two spokes perpendicular to the sagittal plane are carried out through the tubercle and a large fragment of the calcaneus, securing them to the posterior semicircular ring frames, through the bones of the middle part of the foot, two intersecting needles are held, which are fixed on the front half ring of the same frame, connected by means of threaded terzhney hinged with the support ring on the bones of the leg and after removal of all kinds of displacement performed stabilization.
