Claims (1)

Способ лечения трофических язв нижних конечностей венозной природы, предусматривающий, выполняемое через кожу, мягкие ткани, надкостницу перфорирование участка костной ткани пораженной конечности, свободной от язвенного дефекта и последующее внутрикостное лазерное облучение, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно предусматривает туннелизацию мышечной ткани участков пораженной конечности, свободных от язвенного дефекта, туннелизацию мышечной ткани и подкожной жировой клетчатки участков пораженной конечности, расположенных непосредственно под язвенным дефектом, а также непосредственное облучение язвенного дефекта, при этом перфорирование костной ткани, туннелизацию мышечной ткани, подкожной жировой клетчатки и облучение язвенного дефекта осуществляют с помощью высоко интенсивного лазерного излучения, причем перфорирование костной ткани осуществляют до костномозгового канала и сопровождают дополнительным раздражением костного мозга в течение 5-10 сек.A method of treating trophic ulcers of lower extremities of a venous nature, comprising perforating an area of bone tissue of an affected limb free from a ulcer defect and subsequent intraosseous laser irradiation, performed through the skin, soft tissues, periosteum, and further comprising tunneling the muscle tissue of the affected limb sections free from a ulcerative defect, tunneling of muscle tissue and subcutaneous adipose tissue in areas of the affected limb located directly directly under the ulcer defect, as well as direct irradiation of the ulcer defect, while perforation of bone tissue, tunneling of muscle tissue, subcutaneous adipose tissue and irradiation of the ulcer defect are carried out using highly intense laser radiation, and the perforation of bone tissue is carried out to the bone marrow canal and is accompanied by additional irritation of the bone brain for 5-10 seconds.
