Claims (1)
- Способ получения карбида титана путем взаимодействия титановых порошков с сажистым углеродом, отличающийся тем, что исходную смесь предварительно выдерживают в вакууме при 200-300oС в течение 60-120 мин, после чего непрерывно подают в реакционную зону аппарата при 885-1000oС.
