Способ получения карбида титана путем взаимодействия титановых порошков с сажистым углеродом, отличающийся тем, что исходную смесь предварительно выдерживают в вакууме при 200-300oС в течение 60-120 мин, после чего непрерывно подают в реакционную зону аппарата при 885-1000oС.A method of producing titanium carbide by the interaction of titanium powders with carbon black, characterized in that the initial mixture is preliminarily kept in vacuum at 200-300 o C for 60-120 min, then continuously fed into the reaction zone of the apparatus at 885-1000 o C.
