Claims (9)
- (A)하기 일반식(1)으로 표시되고, 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 가지는 오가노폴리실록세인: 100질량부,
(식 중, R1은 독립적으로 알케닐기이며, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, X1은 독립적으로 하기 일반식(2-1), X2는 독립적으로 하기 일반식(2-2), X3은 독립적으로 하기 일반식(2-3)
으로 표시되는 기이며, X4는 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(3-1), X5는 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(3-2), X6은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(3-3)
으로 표시되는 기이다. R1, R2는 상기한 바와 같으며, a1, a2는 각각 1~3의 정수, a11, a21, a31, a41, a51, a61은 각각 0~3의 정수이다. a3은 양수, a4~a6, a12~a15, a22~a25, a32~a35, a42, a43, a52, a53, a62, a63은 0 또는 양수이며, 이들은 오가노폴리실록세인의 25℃에서의 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 0.01~70Pa·s의 범위로 하도록 선택된다.)
(B)하기 일반식(4)으로 표시되고, 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 가지는 오가노폴리실록세인: 0.5~20질량부,
(식 중, R1은 독립적으로 알케닐기이며, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, X7은 독립적으로 하기 일반식(5-1), X8은 독립적으로 하기 일반식(5-2), X9는 독립적으로 하기 일반식(5-3)
으로 표시되는 기이며, X10은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(6-1), X11은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(6-2), X12는 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(6-3)
으로 표시되는 기이다. R1, R2는 상기한 바와 같으며, b1, b2는 각각 1~3의 정수, b11, b21, b31, b41, b51, b61은 각각 0~3의 정수이다. b3은 양수, b4~b6, b12~b15, b22~b25, b32~b35, b42, b43, b52, b53, b62, b63은 0 또는 양수이며, 이들은 오가노폴리실록세인의 25℃에서의 점도로 0.005Pa·s 이상 1Pa·s 미만 또는 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 0.01Pa·s 미만의 범위로 하고, 또한 알케닐기가 규소 원자에 결합하고 있는 2개의 실록세인 단위의 사이는 알케닐기가 규소 원자에 결합하고 있지 않은 실록세인 단위를 4개 이상 개재한 상태로 결합하는 양수로부터 선택된다.)
(C)하기 평균 조성식(7)으로 표시되고, 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 가지는 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인: (C)성분 중의 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자의 몰수가 (A) 및 (B)성분 중의 알케닐기 및 불포화기의 합계 몰수의 0.5~10배에 상당하는 양,
(식 중, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, c1은 0.1~2의 양수, c2는 0.1~3의 양수이고, c1+c2는 1~3의 양수이며, 1분자 중에 2개 이상의 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 가지고, 25℃의 점도가 0.005~10Pa·s의 범위에 들어가도록 선택된다.)
(D)촉매량의 백금족 금속계 촉매,
(E)유기 용제: 0~100,000질량부
를 포함하는 경화성이 우수한 부가 경화형의 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)성분이 하기 일반식(8) 및/또는 하기 일반식(9)으로 표시되는 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(식 중, Me는 메틸기이며, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, R6 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 Me 이외의 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, Y3은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(10-1), Y4는 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(10-2), Y5는 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(10-3)
으로 표시되는 기이며, Y6은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(11-1), Y7은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(11-2), Y8은 각각 독립적으로 하기 일반식(11-3)
으로 표시되는 기이며, R5, R6, R7은 상기한 바와 같으며, c11, c12, c31, c41, c51, c61, c71, c81은 각각 0~3의 정수, c23은 2 이상의 정수, c13~c19, c24~c29, c32~c38, c42~c48, c52~c58, c62~c66, c72~c76, c82~c86은 0 이상의 정수, c23+c24+c25+c26+c27+c28+c29는 3 이상의 정수로서, 1분자 중에 3개 이상의 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 가지고, 25℃의 점도가 0.005~10Pa·s의 범위에 들어가도록 선택된다.) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, (C)성분이 R2 2HSiO1 / 2 단위(R2는 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이다)를 1분자 중에 2개 이상 가지는 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인이거나, 또는 이 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인을 일부 포함하는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (C)성분이 (C1)방향족 치환기를 함유하지 않는 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인과, (C2)방향족 치환기를 함유하는 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인과의 혼합물이며, 이들 (C1) 및 (C2)성분의 질량비 (C1)/(C2)가 1/9~9/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 (F)성분으로서 하기 일반식(12)으로 표시되는 오가노폴리실록세인을 (A)성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1~30질량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(식 중, Me는 메틸기이며, R8은 독립적으로 수산기, 알콕시기 또는 알콕시알킬기이며, R9는 독립적으로 수산기, 알콕시기, 알콕시알킬기 및 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, R10은 독립적으로 수산기, 알콕시기, 알콕시알킬기 및 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 Me 이외의 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, f1, f2는 1~3의 정수이며, f3~f5는 오가노폴리실록세인의 25℃에서의 점도를 1Pa·s 이상 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 100Pa·s 이하의 범위에 들어가도록 선택되는 정수이다.) - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 (G)성분으로서 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 가지고, R2 (3-g1)R1 g1SiO1 /2 실록세인 단위(MR1R2 단위), R2SiO3 /2 실록세인 단위(TR2 단위)(식 중, R1은 독립적으로 알케닐기이며, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, g1은 1~3의 정수이다.)를 필수 단위로 하고, MR1R2 단위/TR2 단위의 몰비가 2/8~8/2를 만족하고, 25℃에서의 점도가 0.001~1Pa·s의 범위를 가지는, 분자 말단이 MR1R2 단위, 또는 MR1R2 단위와 일부가 실란올기 혹은 알콕시기인 오가노폴리실록세인을 (A)성분 100질량부에 대하여 5~100질량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 (H)성분으로서 1분자 중에 적어도 에폭시기와 알콕시실릴기를 가지는 하기 일반식(13)으로 표시되는 오가노실레인 및/또는 하기 평균 조성식(14)으로 표시되는 그 부분 가수분해 (공)축합 실록세인을 (A)성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1~10질량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(식 중, R11은 에폭시기를 함유하는 1가 유기기이며, R12는 탄소수 1~6의 알킬기이며, 에터 결합을 포함해도 되고, 일부는 가수분해되어 수산기가 되어 있어도 된다. R13은 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이다. h1, h2는 정수이며 1≤h1, 1≤h2, 2≤h1+h2≤4를 만족하고, h3~h5는 양수이며 0<h3, 0<h4, 0≤h5, 1<h3+h4+h5≤3을 만족하고, 부분 가수분해 (공)축합 실록세인의 25℃에서의 점도를 0.001~1Pa·s의 범위로 하는 양의 수로부터 선택된다.) - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 (I)성분으로서 하기 일반식(15)으로 표시되는 실록세인 단위(M 단위)와 하기 식(16)으로 표시되는 실록세인 단위(Q 단위)를 몰비(M 단위/Q 단위)로 2/8~8/2로 한 MQ 레진을 (A)성분 100질량부에 대하여 1~100질량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(식 중, R1은 독립적으로 알케닐기이며, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 사이아노기 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, i1은 0~3의 정수이다.) - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 부가 반응에 의해 경화하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물을 종이 기재 또는 필름 기재에 도공하고 경화시켜 얻어진 박리지 또는 박리 필름.
