Definitions
- the present invention relates to an addition reaction curable release paper or a silicone composition for producing a release film, and a release paper or a release film on which a cured product of the composition is formed.
- a silicone-based release agent is applied to the surface of a base material such as paper or plastic film, a cured film is formed by a cross-linking reaction, and a release film against an adhesive or adhesive substance is used.
- a base material such as paper or plastic film
- a cured film is formed by a cross-linking reaction
- a release film against an adhesive or adhesive substance is used.
- Patent Documents 1 to 3 describe the following methods.
- (1) A method of forming a peelable film by addition-reacting an organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group with an organohydrogenpolysiloxane using a platinum-based compound as a catalyst Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 47-32072). ..
- Patent Document 2 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 35-13709.
- Patent Document 3 JP-A-54-162787.
- a release film using a plastic film is often used as a base material with excellent transparency and surface smoothness. Since the plastic film base material has a drawback that the heat resistance is inferior to that of paper, curability at a low temperature is required. Further, since the performance of adhesives and adhesives is improved and the applications are diversified, it is necessary to meet the demands for various peeling characteristics, and an addition reaction is often used to form a cured silicone film.
- Patent Document 5 contains a specific amount of an organopolysiloxane containing a base polymer having an unsaturated group at the terminal and an alkenyl group having an unsaturated bond at the terminal having a lower molecular weight than the base polymer. By doing so, it is possible to form a cured film having good curability and low peeling power, but the curability needs to be further improved, and the adhesiveness also needs to be improved.
- the plastic base material is easily charged, and when a silicone-based release agent is applied, it tends to be charged more easily, and static electricity is generated by friction or peeling, which causes problems such as charge of the adhesive, adsorption of foreign substances, and deterioration of workability. cause. Therefore, in the application of electronic parts, it has been proposed to add an antistatic agent to the silicone composition to impart antistatic performance.
- Patent Document 6 curing inhibition can be suppressed by using an oxylane-based or oxetane-based compound at the time of organic phase inversion of a ⁇ -conjugated conductive polymer, and a silicone composition can be prepared. It is said that the curability will be improved.
- the antistatic agent not only adversely affects the curability but also causes a decrease in adhesion.
- the methods of using the release agent diversify, it is required to show excellent adhesion even when the antistatic agent is blended in this way, but the conventional silicone composition is insufficient in adhesion. Therefore, there is a strong demand for improving the adhesion of the silicone composition.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is an addition reaction curing type release paper or release that exhibits a small peeling force against various adhesives, exhibits good curability, and gives a cured film having excellent adhesion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a silicone composition for film production and a release paper or release film obtained by applying the composition to a base material and curing the composition.
- the present inventors have made an organopolysiloxane having a specific structure and a low alkenyl group content, and an organopolysiloxane having a specific structure and a high alkenyl group content.
- the cured product of the silicone composition in which organohydrogenpolysiloxane having no aryl group and organohydrogenpolysiloxane having an aryl group and having a high SiH group content are blended in a specific blending ratio is applied to the pressure-sensitive adhesive. It was found that the peeling force was reduced and the curability and adhesion were excellent. Further, they have found that even if an antistatic agent is added to the silicone composition, they exhibit excellent adhesion, and have completed the present invention.
- the present invention provides the following addition reaction curing type release paper or silicone composition for producing a release film, and the release paper or release film.

Abstract
Description

Inc.
Inc.
