접합 요소에 결합되어서 자연 방실 판막 판막첨 사이의 원하는 위치에서 접합 요소를 지지하도록 구성되고, 내부 앵커 부재 및 외부 앵커 부재를 갖고 내부 앵커 부재 및 외부 앵커 부재 사이에서 자연 방실 판막첨 중의 하나를 고정하도록 구성되는 앵커를 포함하는, 심장 내에 전개되기 위한 앵커링 요소와,
