Claims (35)

상기 분화 배지는 췌장 전장 세포를 10% 초과의 세포가 단일 인슐린 호르몬 양성 세포인 분화된 췌장 내배엽 세포의 집단으로 분화시키고,
상기 분화 배지는 하기 중 하나를 포함하며,
레티노이드, 아스코르브산 및 SANT-1;
레티노이드, 아스코르브산, SANT-1 및 ALK5 저해제; 또는
레티노이드, 아스코르브산, SANT-1, ALK5 저해제 및 LDN-193189,

상기 분화 배지 내 아스코르브산의 존재는 아스코르브산이 없는 분화 배지와 비교하여 인슐린 양성 세포의 수는 증가시키고, 글루카곤 양성 세포 및 소마토스타틴 양성 세포의 수는 감소시키는, 시험관내 배양물. - 제12항에 있어서, 인간 췌장 전장 세포가 인간 만능 줄기세포의 단계식 분화로부터 수득되는 것인, 시험관내 배양물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단계식 분화가 인간 만능 줄기세포를 GDF-8이 보충된 배지에서 배양하는 것을 포함하는, 시험관내 배양물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 단계식 분화의 배지가 GSK3β 저해제를 추가로 포함하는, 시험관내 배양물.
