Description

前記樹脂は250〜800g/eqのエポキシ当量および35〜80℃のガラス転移温度を有し、前記バインダー組成物は、80℃の重合開始温度と、180℃において35秒〜140秒のゲルタイムとを有することとを特徴とする。
・第1の樹脂は、樹脂の群から選択される、少なくとも1つのエポキシ基で官能化され、かつ250〜700g/eqのエポキシ当量と、35〜50℃のガラス転移温度と、150℃において7〜30Pa・s(パスカル秒)の動的溶融粘度(dynamic melt viscosity)とを有するGMAアクリル樹脂であり、
・前記硬化剤はポリカルボン酸および酸無水物からなる群から選択され、
・前記架橋触媒は、スズベースの有機金属化合物および第四級アンモニウム塩の群から選択され、
前記バインダー組成物は約120℃の重合温度を有する。
・第1の樹脂は、150℃において500〜3000mPa・sの動的溶融粘度を有するビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル(通常、BADGEの頭字語によって示される)エポキシ樹脂であり、

エポキシ樹脂に基づく本発明に従った第1バインダー組成物を調製する。それらの各量を有する前記組成物の様々な成分を重量パーセントとして以下の表2に示す。

エポキシ樹脂に基づく本発明に従った第5バインダー組成物を調製する。それらの各量を有する前記組成物の様々な成分を重量パーセントとして以下の表5に示す。

Claims (8)
- 粉末塗料熱硬化性バインダー組成物であって、前記バインダー組成物は、無溶媒であり、かつ、
・樹脂の群から選択される、少なくとも1つのエポキシ基で官能化され、かつ250〜700g/eqのエポキシ当量と、35〜50℃のガラス転移温度と、150℃において7〜30Pa・s(パスカル秒)の動的溶融粘度とを有するGMAアクリル樹脂と、
・ポリカルボン酸および酸無水物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の硬化剤と、
・スズベースの有機金属化合物および第四級アンモニウム塩の群から選択される架橋触媒と
を含み、
前記バインダー組成物は、120℃以下の重合温度と、前記重合温度は重合反応が80%完了する温度であり、180℃において35秒〜140秒のゲルタイムとを有し、前記ゲルタイムは、一定量の粉末塗料熱硬化性バインダー組成物が溶融した後、所与の条件下で変形しなくなるのにかかる時間であることを特徴とする、バインダー組成物。 - 第1の樹脂のエポキシ当量の、前記硬化剤のエポキシ当量に対するモル比は、0.7〜1.2である、請求項1に記載のバインダー組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の熱硬化性バインダー組成物と、少なくとも1種の色素と、任意でまた、レベリング剤および無機または有機充填剤も含有する、塗料組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの電気伝導性充填剤も含有する、請求項3に記載の塗料組成物。
- 前記電気伝導性充填剤は、銅、ニッケル、コバルトおよび銀から選択される金属の層で被覆された担体粒子の形態にある、請求項4に記載の塗料組成物。
- 前記電気伝導性充填剤の担体粒子は、
・膨張黒鉛、ダイヤモンド、または炭素粒子、またはカーボンナノチューブ、
・好ましくは亜麻繊維、麻繊維、ココナッツ繊維、ケナフ繊維およびススキ属繊維から選択される繊維の形態にある植物粒子、ならびに
・ポリマー充填剤
から選択される、請求項5に記載の塗料組成物。 - 前記被覆された担体粒子は銀の層で被覆された層状黒鉛粒子であり、前記銀の層は、重量で、前記塗料組成物の総重量の少なくとも15%に相当する、請求項6に記載の塗料組成物。
- 耐火性充填剤も含有し、前記耐火性充填剤は好ましくはアルミナ水和物から選択され、かつ前記組成物の総重量の10重量%〜40重量%に相当する、請求項3乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の塗料組成物。
