Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、質量%で、C:0.020%以下、Si:1.0%以下、Mn:0.35%以下、P:0.04%以下、S:0.005%以下、Cr:11〜25%、Mo:1.0%以下、N:0.020%以下、Al:0.4%以下、Ti:10(C+N)〜0.3%、Nb:0.05%以下、O:0.01%以下を含有し、残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなるステンレス鋼を素地とし、前記素地の上に酸化皮膜が形成された表面を有しており、前記表面は、明度指数(L*)がL*≦45、クロマネチックス指数(a*、b*)が、−5≦a*≦5、−5≦b*≦5、黒色度(E)がE=(L*2+a*2+b*2)1/2≦45の範囲にある、溶接性に優れる黒色フェライト系ステンレス鋼板である。

Description
本発明に係る黒色ステンレス鋼板は、素地のステンレス鋼が上述の成分組成を有することに加えて、素地の上に酸化皮膜が形成された表面外観をCIELAB(L*a*b*表色系)により規定した。試験材の表面において、明るさを示す明度指数L*、色調を示すクロマネチックス指数a*、b*、黒色度E=(L*2+a*2+b*2)1/2を特定の範囲とした。これらの数値は、JIS Z 8722に準拠する色調測定で得られる。鋼板の平板部と、溶接部から5mm離れた溶接熱影響部において、任意の5点で測定し、平均した数値を得た。本発明に係る黒色ステンレス鋼板は、その表面が、L*≦45、−5≦a*≦5、−5≦b*≦5かつE=(L*2+a*2+b*2)1/2≦45の範囲を有している。なお、上記の黒色度Eは、一般的には、色差と称される指標であり、本明細書では「黒色度」ということにする。
本明細書では、平板部の黒色度(E1)と、溶接熱影響部の黒色度(E2)との差を黒色度差ΔEということにする。黒色ステンレス鋼板において、E1は、E2より大きな数値になるのが一般的であるが、逆の関係を示したとしても、「E1−E2」の絶対値により、黒色度差ΔEを評価すればよい。本発明に係る黒色ステンレス鋼板は、溶接後の黒色度差ΔEが10以下である特性を備えているため、平板部に対する溶接熱影響部の黒色度の差が小さく、溶接後においても優れた意匠性を確保できる。黒色度差ΔEは、5以下であると、さらに好ましい。
孔食電位(V’c)は、孔食が発生するか否かの目安となるものであり、孔食電位が使用環境の電位(自然電位)よりも高いと、孔食の発生が抑制される。本明細書では、平板部の孔食電位V’c1と溶接熱影響部の孔食電位V’c2との差を孔食電位差ΔV’cということにする。黒色ステンレス鋼板において、V’c1は、V’c2よりも大きな数値になるのが一般的であるが、逆の関係を示したとしても、「V’c1−V’c2」の絶対値により、孔食電位差ΔV’cを評価すればよい。本発明に係る黒色ステンレス鋼板は、溶接後の孔食電位差ΔV’cが100mV以下である特性を備えているため、平板部と比べて、溶接熱影響部における耐食性の低下が小さく、溶接後においても優れた耐食性を維持できる。孔食電位差ΔV’cは、50mV以下であると、さらに好ましい。
試験材(A)により、平板部黒色度を評価した。試験材(A)表面における任意の5点に対して、測定径3mmφ程度の分光測色計によるCIELAB(L*a*b*表色系)を用いて、明度指数L*、クロマネチックス指数a*、b*を測定し、平均値を得た。L*、a*、b*がL*≦45、−5≦a*≦5、−5≦b*≦5をともに満たすときを合格とした。さらに、L*、a*、b*に基づいて、平板部の黒色度E1=(L*2+a*2+b*2)1/2を算出し、E1≦45を満たすとき、合格とした。また、黒色の色調の程度を目視で評価した。色調において不均一な部分が観察されなかったものを合格(○)、不均一な部分が観察されたものを不合格(×)と評価した。
溶接を施した試験材(B)により、溶接部黒色度を評価した。試験材(B)において、溶接部から5mm離れた溶接熱影響部の任意の5点に対して、分光測色計による測定を行い、溶接熱影響部の黒色度E2を得た。前述の測定で得られた平板部の黒色度E1との黒色度差ΔEを算出した。黒色度差ΔEが、5以下であるときを良好(◎)、5超から10以下であるときを合格(○)、10を超えるときを不合格(×)と評価した。
試験材(B)を切削加工して、20mm×15mmの寸法の耐食性試験片を作製した。平板部の耐食性試験片は、試験材(B)の溶接部より50mm離れた箇所から切り出された。溶接熱影響部の耐食性試験片は、当該溶接部が試験片の中央になるように切り出された。試験片の一端に導線をスポット溶接して接続し、試験面10mm×10mm以外をシリコーン樹脂により被覆した。溶接熱影響部の耐食性試験片は、溶接部が露出試験面の中央になるように被覆した。試験液として、3.5%のNaCl水溶液を使用し、30℃でAr脱気において試験を行った。上記のNaCl水溶液中に試験面を完全に浸し、10分間の放置をした後、ポテンショスタットを用いた動電位法により、電位掃引速度20mV/minで、自然電極電位からアノード電流密度が500μA/cm2に達するまで電位を測定し、アノード分極曲線を得た。孔食電位は、アノード分極曲線において100μA/cm2に対応する電位のうち、最も貴な値とした。
試験材(B)の溶接部が中央になるように50mm×50mmの寸法で切り出して、試験片を作製した。圧縮試験機を用いて、試験片の溶接部に垂直にR=2mmで角度90°に曲げて、溶接部における酸化皮膜の剥離の有無を目視で確認した。剥離が無かったものを合格(○)、剥離が生じたものを不合格(×)と評価した。
上記の皮膜密着性の評価と同様の試験片を用い、圧縮試験機を用いて、試験片の溶接部に平行にR=2mmで角度90°に曲げて、溶接部における割れの有無を目視で確認した。溶接部に割れが無かったものを合格(○)、割れが生じたものを不合格(×)と評価した。
Claims (5)
- 質量%で、C:0.020%以下、Si:1.0%以下、Mn:0.35%以下、P:0.04%以下、S:0.005%以下、Cr:11〜25%、Mo:1.0%以下、N:0.020%以下、Al:0.4%以下、Ti:10(C+N)〜0.3%、Nb:0.05%以下、O:0.01%以下を含有し、残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなるステンレス鋼を素地とし、前記素地の上に酸化皮膜が形成された表面を有しており、
前記表面は、明度指数(L*)がL*≦45、クロマネチックス指数(a*、b*)が、−5≦a*≦5、−5≦b*≦5、黒色度(E)がE=(L*2+a*2+b*2)1/2≦45の範囲にある、溶接性に優れる黒色フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - 前記ステンレス鋼が、さらに、質量%で、Ni:1.0%以下、Cu:1.0%以下、V:1.0%以下、B:0.01%以下から選ばれる一種又は二種以上を含有する、請求項1に記載の溶接性に優れる黒色フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 前記ステンレス鋼が、さらに、質量%で、Ca:0.01%以下、REM:0.01%以下、Zr:0.1%以下から選ばれる一種又は二種以上を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の溶接性に優れる黒色フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 平板部の黒色度と溶接熱影響部の黒色度との黒色度差が10以下であり、かつ、平板部と溶接熱影響部との孔食電位差が100mV以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶接性に優れる黒色フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載された黒色フェライト系ステンレス鋼を含む溶接構造体。
