Abstract
Description
後述するように、2つの独立した領域に集中した加熱は、特に、有利である。
一方、第2の装置では、L1=30mmであり、L2=30mmであり、L3=30mmであり、第2の装置に供給される電力は、(同等のライン速度で)第1の装置に供給される電力と同じである。

本実施形態では、チューブ1の移動方向に沿って溶接領域2が延在している。
なお、コイル6は、第2の強磁性バー11周りに配置されても、第3の強磁性バー12周りに配置されてもよい。
溶接ロッド23内に強磁性バー7,19,21があることによって、バー内に磁力線の大部分を通すことができることが明らかである。
しかしながら、磁力線の一部がプラスチックスリーブを通り、その結果、溶接領域における加熱性能が低下してしまうことが起こりえる。

Claims (8)
- 移動しているパッケージ材(1)であって、電磁誘導により加熱可能な層と該パッケージ材の移動方向に横たわる溶接領域(2)を有する熱可塑性層とを備えたパッケージ材(1)を溶接する溶接装置であって、交流発電機と、交流電流を磁界に変換するコイル(3,5,6)と、特定の方向へと磁力線を形成する強磁性要素(7,8,10−13)とを具備し、上記磁界がパッケージ材(1)を横切って上記電磁誘導により加熱可能な層を加熱するように向けられている溶接装置において、上記溶接領域(2)に沿って位置する少なくとも2つの独立した領域(14,16−18)のところで磁力線がパッケージ材(1)を横切るように配設された一組の強磁性要素(7,8,10−13,19−21)をさらに具備することを特徴とする溶接装置。
- 第1の強磁性要素(7)が該第1の強磁性要素の各端部が上記独立した領域(14,16−18)の一方または他方に近接して位置するようにパッケージ材(1)の一方の側に近接して配置され、第2の強磁性要素(8,10−12)と第3の強磁性要素(8,10−12)とが第2の強磁性要素の端部の一方が上記独立した領域(14,16−18)の一方に近接して位置し且つ第3の強磁性要素の端部の一方が上記独立した領域(14,16−18)の他方に近接して位置するようにパッケージ材(1)の他方の側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 溶接すべき層に近接して該溶接すべき層のいずれかの側に配置された上記3つの強磁性要素(7,8,10)の端部が該溶接すべき層の厚みの2〜200倍、好ましくは、2〜50倍の距離を開けて離れていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶接装置。
- 上記第2の強磁性要素(8,10−12)と第3の強磁性要素(8,10−12)とがコイル(3,5,6)により囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の溶接装置。
- 複数の強磁性要素(19−21)が1つの強磁性要素の各端部が別の強磁性要素の端部(19,21)の上方または下方に位置するようにパッケージ材の各側に近接して交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 強磁性要素(7,8,10,11,19−21)の組が強磁性回路を形成し、コイル(6)が1つの強磁性要素(7,8,10,11,19−21)を囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の溶接装置。
- 隣接していない強磁性要素(7,8,10,11,19−21)間に配置された1つ又は1つ以上の磁性スクリーンをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の溶接装置。
- 強磁性バー(7,19,21)の一部が溶接ロッド(23)に配置され、該溶接ロッドが上記強磁性バー(7,19,21)内に磁力線を収めるように配設された例えば銅またはアルミニウムからなるスクリーン要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の溶接装置。
