Claims (8)
1. Устройство для сварки движущегося упаковочного материала (1), содержащего слой, который может быть нагрет за счет электромагнитной индукции, и термопластичный слой, имеющий сварочную зону (2), которая простирается в направлении движения упаковочного материала, содержащее генератор переменного тока, обмотку (3, 5, 6) для преобразования переменного тока в магнитное поле, ферромагнитный элемент (7, 8, 10-13) для канализирования силовых линий магнитного поля в определенном направлении, причем магнитное поле ориентировано таким образом, чтобы пересекать упаковочный материал (1), для обеспечения нагревания слоя, который может быть нагрет за счет электромагнитной индукции, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит набор ферромагнитных элементов (7, 8, 10-13, 19-21), которые расположены таким образом, что силовые линии магнитного поля пересекают упаковочный материал (1) в по меньшей мере двух отдельных областях (14, 16-18), расположенных вдоль сварочной зоны (2).
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что первый ферромагнитный элемент (7) расположен в непосредственной близости от одной стороны упаковочного материала (1), так что каждый из его концов расположен в непосредственной близости от одной или другой из указанных отдельных областей (14, 16-18), а второй (8, 10-12) и третий (8, 10-12) ферромагнитные элементы расположены на другой стороне упаковочного материала (1), так что один из концов второго элемента расположен в непосредственной близости от одной из указанных отдельных областей (14, 16-18), а один из концов третьего элемента расположен в непосредственной близости от другой из указанных отдельных областей (14, 16-18).
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что концы трех ферромагнитных элементов (7, 8, 10), расположенные в непосредственной близости друг от друга с двух сторон свариваемого слоя, разделены расстоянием, которое в 2-200 раз, а преимущественно - в 2-50 раз превышает толщину свариваемого слоя.
4. Устройство по п.2 или 3, отличающееся тем, что второй (8, 10-12) и третий (8, 10-12) ферромагнитный элементы охвачены обмотками (3, 5, 6).
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что множество ферромагнитных элементов (19-21) расположено поочередно с той и другой стороны упаковочного материала в непосредственной близости от него таким образом, что один конец одного ферромагнитного элемента (19-21) расположен над или под концом (19, 21) другого ферромагнитного элемента.
6. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что набор ферромагнитных элементов (7, 8, 10, 11, 19-21) образует ферромагнитный контур, причем обмотка (6) охватывает ферромагнитный элемент (7, 8, 10, 11, 19-21).
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит один или несколько магнитных экранов, расположенных между несмежными ферромагнитными элементами (7, 8, 10, 11, 19-21).
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что часть ферромагнитных стержней (7, 19, 21) введена в сварочный стержень 23, который содержит экранирующий элемент, изготовленный, например, из меди или алюминия и расположенный таким образом, чтобы удерживать силовые линии поля в ферромагнитных стержнях (7, 19, 21).
