初のケーブルをケーブルスロットに押し込んでケーブルをケーブルスロットで固
定できるようにする。ケーブルスロットの開口を１８０°よりも小さくすれば、
ケーブルをケーブルスロットに押し込んだ後は、ケーブルはケーブルスロット内
に保持される。しかし、当該開口を通してケーブルを押し込む際に既に述べたよ

図３は、図２に示した形式のダブルスロットに巻線を挿入した状態を示すもの
である。図２をあわせてみれば分かるように、第１のケーブル２０はステータス
ロットの底部に形成されたケーブルスロットに挿入されて当該スロット内に固定
される。次のケーブル２２は、ステータスロット内のケーブル２０とケーブル２
２のすぐ外側に位置するショルダー部２４との間に挿入されて固定される。ステ
ータスロットとショルダー部の寸法は、ケーブル２０とそれに対向するショルダ
ー部２４との間の距離がケーブル２２の直径よりもいくらか小さくなるように決

十分な冷却を行うとともに振動を防止する必要からスロットの壁面に対してケ
ーブル２０、２２、２６を強く押し付けるために、図４に示した実施例では、弾
性材料からなる線材３０を隣接するケーブル間の三角形の空間に配置する。当該
線材３０は、シリコーンゴムまたは発泡弾性ゴムからなる厚肉のチューブまたは
均質な線材であってもよい。線材３０の寸法は、沈下、熱膨張または製造時の寸
法誤差に起因するケーブル２０、２２、２６の直径のばらつきを吸収するように
定める。
ーブル２０、２２、２６を強く押し付けるために、図４に示した実施例では、弾
性材料からなる線材３０を隣接するケーブル間の三角形の空間に配置する。当該
線材３０は、シリコーンゴムまたは発泡弾性ゴムからなる厚肉のチューブまたは
均質な線材であってもよい。線材３０の寸法は、沈下、熱膨張または製造時の寸

図４に示したように線材を挿入する代わりに、図５に示したように、ダブルス
ロット内のケーブル２０、２６、・・・および２２、・・・が構成する２つの層
の間に発泡ゴムのような弾性材料からなるシート３２を設けてもよい。シート３
２の厚さは、線材３０を挿入した場合と同様に、ケーブルをスロットの壁面に強
く押圧して効率的な冷却と疲労損傷を生じさせる振動を防止するとともに、上述
のようなケーブルの直径のばらつきを補償するように定める。この点に関連して
、上述のケーブルは１０ｋＶから５０ｋＶの電圧を想定して寸法が定められてお
り、直径は１６ｍｍから２５ｍｍの間であることを述べておく。上述の回転電気
装置としては、出力１ＭＷより大きな、好ましくは１．５ＭＷより大きな、３Ｍ
Ｗから６ＭＷの範囲の、風力発電所で直接駆動される発電機が好適である。しか
し、上述の回転電気装置はモータであっても良く、その場合には、風力ロータの
回転速度が発電機の速度の制限要因になる直接駆動風力発電機よりもかなり大き
な速度を対象に設計することになる。モータとして動作する場合には、装置は非
常に大きな出力で運転することも可能である。
ロット内のケーブル２０、２６、・・・および２２、・・・が構成する２つの層
の間に発泡ゴムのような弾性材料からなるシート３２を設けてもよい。シート３
２の厚さは、線材３０を挿入した場合と同様に、ケーブルをスロットの壁面に強
く押圧して効率的な冷却と疲労損傷を生じさせる振動を防止するとともに、上述
のようなケーブルの直径のばらつきを補償するように定める。この点に関連して
、上述のケーブルは１０ｋＶから５０ｋＶの電圧を想定して寸法が定められてお
り、直径は１６ｍｍから２５ｍｍの間であることを述べておく。上述の回転電気
装置としては、出力１ＭＷより大きな、好ましくは１．５ＭＷより大きな、３Ｍ
Ｗから６ＭＷの範囲の、風力発電所で直接駆動される発電機が好適である。しか
し、上述の回転電気装置はモータであっても良く、その場合には、風力ロータの
回転速度が発電機の速度の制限要因になる直接駆動風力発電機よりもかなり大き
な速度を対象に設計することになる。モータとして動作する場合には、装置は非
常に大きな出力で運転することも可能である。

Claims (16)
- 【請求項１】 ステータコアの最外縁のヨーク部（８）から半径方向内側に
、ロータに向かってステータコアに形成されたステータスロット（６）に挿入さ
れた柔軟性を有するケーブルからなるステータ巻線を有する回転電気装置であっ
て、 前記ステータスロット（６）は、巻線を構成するそれぞれのケーブルが、同じ
ステータスロットに収容された直前の巻き線と、スロットの開口から見て外に位
置する次のショルダー部との間に固定されるようにスロットの壁面に設けられた
ショルダー部（１２、１４、２４、２８）を有する、ダブルスロット状であるこ
とを特徴とする装置。 - 【請求項２】 前記ステータスロット（６）とショルダー部（１２、１４、
２４、２８）の寸法は、ステータスロットに挿入されたケーブル（２０、２２、
２６）とそれに対向するショルダー部との間の距離が、ケーブルの直径よりも小
さい、好ましくはケーブルの直径よりも０．１ｍｍからその数倍程度小さいこと
を特徴とする請求項１に記載の装置。 - 【請求項３】 前記ショルダー部（１２、１４、２４、２８）には、半径が
ケーブル（２０、２２、２６）の半径よりも小さい丸みがつけられていることを
特徴とする請求項１または２の何れかに記載の装置。 - 【請求項４】 前記ステータスロット（６）の底部に位置するスロット壁面
には円形の開口したケーブルスロット（１０）が形成されており、当該ケーブル
スロットの半径はケーブル（２０）の半径と実質的に同一であり、ステータスロ
ット内の最初の巻線をこのケーブルスロットに固定することができるように当該
開口の角度は１８０°より小さいことを特徴とする請求項１ないし３の何れかに
記載の装置。 - 【請求項５】 弾性材料の線材（３０）が、ステータスロット内で隣接する
ケーブル（２０、２２、２６）の間の空間に挿入されていることを特徴とする請
求項１ないし４の何れかに記載の装置。 - 【請求項６】 前記線材（３０）は、厚肉のチューブからなることを特徴と
する請求項５に記載の装置。 - 【請求項７】 前記線材（３０）は、均質な細長い部材からなることを特徴
とする請求項５に記載の装置。 - 【請求項８】 前記線材（３０）は、シリコーンゴムからなることを特徴と
する請求項５ないし７の何れかに記載の装置。 - 【請求項９】 前記線材（３０）は、弾性発泡ゴムからなることを特徴とす
る請求項５ないし７の何れかに記載の装置。 - 【請求項１０】 前記線材（３０）の寸法は、ケーブル（２０、２２、２６
）の直径のばらつきを吸収し、ケーブルが常にスロットの壁面から押圧力を受け
るように定められていることを特徴とする請求項５ないし９の何れかに記載の装
置。 - 【請求項１１】 ダブルスロット内に収容された２つの層をなすケーブル（
２０、２６、・・・と２２）の間に弾性材料からなるシート（３２）が挿入され
ていることを特徴とする請求項１ないし４の何れかに記載の装置。 - 【請求項１２】 前記シート（３２）は、発泡ゴムからなることを特徴とす
る請求項１１に記載の装置。 - 【請求項１３】 前記シート（３２）の厚さは、ケーブル（２０、２２、２
６）の直径のばらつきを吸収し、ケーブルが常にスロットの壁面から押圧力を受
けるように定められていることを特徴とする請求項１１または１２に記載の装置
。 - 【請求項１４】 前記ケーブル（１、２０、２２、２６）は、導電性のコア
を包む絶縁システムを有し、当該絶縁システムは、固体絶縁層（４）の両面にそ
れぞれ設けられた２つの半導体層（３、５）を有し、当該半導体層は実質的に等
電位面を形成することを特徴とする請求項１ないし１３の何れかに記載の装置。 - 【請求項１５】 前記固体絶縁層（４）と、これを取り囲む半導体層（３、
５）の電気絶縁強度は、３ｋＶ／ｍｍより大きい、好ましくは５ｋＶ／ｍｍより
大きいことを特徴とする請求項１４に記載の装置。 - 【請求項１６】 回転電気装置のステータコアに形成した開放型ステータス
ロットに挿入された柔軟性を有するケーブルで構成されるステータ巻線の製造方
法であって、第１のケーブル（２０）をステータスロット（１６）の開口部から
挿入して、押し込まれたケーブルを固定するようにステータスロットの低部に形
成されたケーブルスロット（１０）に押し込んで固定し、次に第２のケーブル（
２２）をステータスロットの開口から挿入して、前記第１のケーブルとスロット
の壁面の第１のケーブルに対向する位置に形成された固定ショルダー部（２４）
との間に固定し、その後、第３のケーブル（２６）をステータスロットの開口か
ら挿入して、前記第２のケーブル（２２）とスロットの壁面の第２のケーブルに
対向する位置に形成された固定ショルダー部（２８）との間に固定し、以後順次
この手順を行うことを特徴とする方法。
