Abstract

1,045,370. Centrifugal distributers. MINISTER OF THE MINISTERUL INDUSTRIEI CONSTRUCTIILOR DE MASINI. Dec. 31, 1964, No. 53061/64. Heading A1D. A centrifugal distributor comprises a hopper 2 pivotally mounted on a frame 1 and arranged to be vibrated by a cam and connecting rod means 6, 7 connected to the shaft of the spinner. Material is fed from the hopper through a metering head 8 in which a disc, which is adjusted by means of a lever 9, is provided with slots which co-operate with slots in a fixed plate. A rotatably adjustable funnel 12 directs the material to a spinner which may comprise three superimposed discs of successively smaller diameter forming a single body and each provided with blades or alternatively the spinner may comprise a number of inclined paddles on each of which are fastened a number of blades of different length.
