PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DEL RACEMATO O DE LOS ENANTIOMEROS, ASI COMO DE SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDO DE FENILQUINOLICIDINAS DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R4 ES HIDROGENO O UN RADICAL ALQUILICO INFERIOR, Y X, Y, R5 Y R6 PUEDEN SER VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UNA FENILENDIAMINA DE FORMULA (II), EN LA QUE X, Y, R5 Y R6 TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I), CON TIOFOSGENO, TIOCARBONILDIMIDAZOL O DISULFURO DE CARBONO POR METODOS CONVENCIONALES. SE PUEDE N-ALQUILAR EL COMPUESTO OBTENIDO UTILIZANDO COMO AGENTE N-ALQUILANTE UN HALOGENURO DE ALQUILO INFERIOR. LA MEZCLA RACEMICA SE PUEDE RESOLVER EN SUS ENANTIOMEROS Y FORMAR LA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO CORRESPONDIENTE TAMBIEN POR METODOS CONOCIDOS.
