LA SUSTITUCION DE UN HPG POR LA UNIDAD DE METILENO QUE OCUPA NORMALMENTE LA POSICION ALFA, PERMITE UNA HIDROLISIS IN VIVO MEJORADA DEL ENLACE HIDROCARBURO - TAXANO Y, POR TANTO, PERMITE UNA ACTIVIDAD TERAPEUTICA DE TAXANO MEJORADA. ASIMISMO, SE PROPORCIONAN COMPOSICIONES QUE CONTIENEN TAXANO Y METODOS DE ADMINISTRACION DE TAXANOS A ANIMALES, INCLUYENDO AQUELLOS AFECTADOS DE CANCERES.
