Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour dresser un profilé comprenant une âme et au moins une aile, au moyen d'un outil de dressage dans lequel la force de dressage est directement induite dans l'aile, caractérisé par le fait
    que ledit profilé est dressé à l'état chaud, à une température de profilage >70°C.
  2. Procédé pour fabriquer un profilé à normalisation conforme, dans lequel la forme profilée souhaitée est produite par laminage à chaud, et dans lequel le profilé est dressé au moyen d'un procédé conforme à la revendication 1.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé est dressé à des températures de profilage excédant 100°C.
  4. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la force de dressage est appliquée par l'intermédiaire d'une surface de l'enveloppe de l'outil de dressage qui s'étend en décrivant un angle par rapport à la surface de l'aile sur laquelle ledit outil de dressage exerce son action.
  5. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les forces de dressage sont induites dans le côté étroit de l'aile.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé est dressé à l'état chaud, sans étapes de chauffage supplémentaires à l'issue du laminage à chaud.
  7. Utilisation d'un dispositif de dressage d'un profilé comprenant une âme et au moins une aile, à l'aide d'un outil de dressage qui induit directement la force de dressage dans l'aile du profilé, en vue du dressage de profilés à des températures de profilage > 70°C.
  8. Utilisation selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle l'outil de dressage est placé au-dessus de l'objet à dresser.
  9. Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée par le fait que la surface opérante de l'enveloppe de l'outil de dressage s'étend en décrivant un angle par rapport à la surface de l'aile sur laquelle ledit outil de dressage exerce son action.
  10. Utilisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'angle d'inclinaison p de la surface opérante de l'enveloppe est de l'ordre de grandeur de l'angle de frottement entre l'outil de dressage et la surface de l'aile sur laquelle ledit outil de dressage exerce son action.
