Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour plier des tôles à l'aide d'un dispositif plieur comportant un poinçon de formage (1) ainsi qu'une matrice (2) à fond réglable (3), matrice (2) dans laquelle le poinçon de formage (1) pénètre plus ou moins selon l'angle de pliage (W) souhaité, l'angle théorique de pliage étant défini, pour une ouverture constante de matrice, par la position relative du fond de matrice (3) et de l'ouverture de matrice (6-6), caractérisé en ce que, dans une série d'essais effectués avec une certaine qualité de tôle, on détermine d'abord l'angle effectif de pliage (W) en fonction de la profondeur de pénétration (E) du poinçon de formage (1) dans la matrice (2) et on le mémorise sous forme d'une courbe de référence (8), ce après quoi, à l'occasion d'une opération effective de pliage d'autres tôles équivalentes, on mesure l'angle (W₁) de la tôle (4) soumise à contrainte, au moins pour une profondeur de pénétration (E₁ ) lors de l'opération de pliage, et on le compare à l'angle (W₂) correspondant qui ressort de la courbe de référence (8), et en ce que la position du fond de matrice (3) est corrigée en fonction de la différence d'angle (W₁ - W₂) ainsi déterminée, ce après quoi on met en oeuvre l'opération finale de pliage jusqu'à ce qu'on ait atteint la position corrigée du fond (3) de la matrice (2).
  2. Procédé selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mesure de l'angle de pliage (W₁) de la tôle (4) soumise à contrainte et la comparaison avec les angles de pliage (W₂, W₄, W₆) correspondants ressortant de la courbe de référence (8) s'effectuent pour au moins deux et de préférence trois profondeurs de pénétration différentes (E₁, E₃, E₅).
  3. Procédé selon la Revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la dernière mesure de l'angle de pliage (W₁) et la comparaison de ce dernier avec l'angle (W₂) ressortant de la courbe de référence (8) s'effectuent, au cours de l'opération de pliage proprement dite, suffisamment avant d'atteindre l'angle de pliage de consigne (Ws) pour qu'il reste suffisamment de temps pour la correction de la position du fond de matrice (3).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des Revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de correction correspondant au réglage du fond de matrice (3) est déterminée par extrapolation des différences mesurées entre les angles, sur la base de la courbe de référence mémorisée (8).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des Revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on détermine, outre la courbe de référence (8) correspondant au pliage, l'intensité et les variations de la force de pliage nécessaire à une déformation de la tôle modèle (4), et qu'on les mémorise, en fonction de la profondeur de pénétration du poinçon de formage (1) ou de l'angle de pliage (W), sous forme d'une autre courbe de référence (11), ce après quoi on compare la courbe effective de variation de la force lors du pliage d'autres tôles (4) équivalentes à la courbe mémorisée des variations de la force, les différences constatées étant utilisées pour corriger effectivement la position du fond de matrice (3).
