Description
B e s c h r e i b u n g Description
The present invention relates to an agent for decolorizing keratin fibers (in particular human hair), a process for decolorizing keratin fibers using this agent and a multi-component kit for non-oxidative coloring and subsequent decolorization of fibers, in particular human hair, which both contains a means for producing a non-oxidative color on the fiber as well as a means for decoloring the color.
Direct dyes, especially nitro dyes, are widely used in non-oxidative dyes (so-called tinting agents). Due to their small size, they can penetrate the hair and dye it directly - at least in the outer areas. Such tints are very gentle on the hair and usually withstand several washes.
A partial decolorization of these tints is therefore possible by washing the hair several times, but targeted and complete immediate removal of the hair color is not possible in this way. If a special hair color is only to be worn for a short period of time, the removal of the hair color under mild and gentle conditions is an unsolved problem.
From DE-A-20 24 799, an alkaline (pH = 7.5-11.5) agent for removing dyes from human hair is already known, which consists of a two-phase liquid system for the dye from water and an organic solvent consists. However, this agent has the disadvantage that it is difficult to apply in practice because of its two-phase nature, because it must be ensured that both phases come into contact with all parts of the hair to be decolored evenly. It follows from this that this decolorizing agent is weaker and not always reliable. In addition, it is not suitable for all hair dyes, but especially for removing acid dyes.
The removal of the hair color under mild and gentle conditions is therefore an as yet unsolved problem. According to the invention, this object is achieved by using a suitable acid decolorizing agent.

The colorant is applied to the hair. Depending on the desired depth of color, this mixture is allowed to act for 5 to 60 minutes, preferably 15 to 30 minutes, at a temperature of 20 to 50 degrees Celsius, in particular at 30 to 40 degrees Celsius. The hair is then rinsed with water and, if necessary, washed with a shampoo.
The coloring obtained in this way can be removed using the decolorizing agent according to the invention. For this, the colored hair is treated with the decolorizing agent. The exposure time of the decolorizing agent is 5 to 60 minutes, in particular 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the color and temperature to be decolorized (about 20 to 50 degrees Celsius), the decolorization process being accelerated by the application of heat. After the exposure time of the decolorizing agent has ended, the hair is rinsed with water, optionally washed with a shampoo, and then dried.
The use of the decolorizing agent according to the invention is of course not restricted to the decolorization of the colorations produced with component (I) of the multicomponent kit according to the invention. Rather, the decolorization preparation according to the invention in the above described procedure can be used in general for decolorization of dyeings obtained with substantive dyes, even if these were not produced using the colorant of component (I) according to the invention, but in a completely different and independent way. In addition, the decolorization preparation according to the invention is also suitable for decolorizing other natural or synthetic fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, viscose, nylon, cellulose acetate, provided that these have been dyed with substantive dyes, and is not designed to decolorize keratin fibers such as human Hair limited.

The L * a * b * color measurement values determined in the present examples were determined using a color measuring device from Minolta, type Chromameter II. Here, the L-value stands for the brightness (i.e. the lower the L-value, the greater the color intensity), while the a-value is a measure of the red component (i.e. the larger the a-value, the greater the red component is larger). The b-value is a measure of the blue component of the color, the more negative the b-value, the greater the blue component.
Alle in der vorliegenden Anmeldung genannten Prozentangaben stellen soweit nicht anders angegeben Gewichtsprozente dar.
Unless otherwise stated, all percentages mentioned in the present application represent percentages by weight.
