Ein Reparaturfahrzeug dieser Art ist in EP-A1-560 021 beschrieben.A repair vehicle of this type is described in EP-A1-560 021.
With the known vehicle according to EP-A1-560 021, numerous Experiments carried out, which had the result that depending on Use on the repaired road surface up to 2 cm depth Air connections with a total volume of approximately 3 - 5 percent result and thus not always reproducible compaction results are achievable.
Under the term "air connection" is within the pavement around a solid granular part of it or otherwise adjoining white space understand, which arises from the fact that the horizontal across Direction of travel vibrating and also in the direction of travel moving pulling tool rolling the fixed component or always shifted a bit and this empty space in the known vehicle remains unfilled behind the puller.
During the test trials it was also found that the air connections with increasing grain size and grain distribution in the repair surface.
- Subsequent compaction - in relation to the time at which the filler material is applied - is accompanied by an unpredictable delay, which, particularly in the case of thin layers, causes a rapid, uncontrollable decrease in the temperature of the bituminous material to be compacted, which in turn calls into question the achievement of the expected degree of compaction ,
- In order to eliminate the existing air connections during subsequent compression and to level the repaired road surface flush with the undamaged road surface, a precisely metered material supply is required, which must correspond to the total volume of the air connections.
The aforementioned demands to be made are for a subsequent one Compression cannot be achieved and is not economically justifiable.
The invention has for its object the known repair vehicle according to EP-A1-560 021 to improve in that at most, the smallest remaining air connections are reproducible and homogeneous compaction can be achieved at local repair of roadway damage to a flush connection the undamaged road surface and whole when re-coated Road surfaces a prescribed level and a prescribed Guaranteed layer thickness.
The above object is achieved in that the peeling tool independent of the dispenser and the compression tool is adjustable in height in a controlled vertical direction is attached to the output device, and that on the vehicle behind the puller tool near it dynamically acting compacting tool is arranged.
In the repair tool according to the invention, the altitude of the Pulling tool controllable or adjustable in such a way that behind the puller that swings horizontally across the direction of travel still a little small overhang of the level the undamaged part of the pavement or the desired one Level of re-coating remains, which can be measured that he's essentially just closing the behind the puller still existing air connections with the subsequent additional Compacting using the additional compacting tool is sufficient so that behind the further compacting tool repaired smooth, homogeneous, everywhere at the desired level Road surface is present.
