Abstract
La présente invention concerne, d'une part un procédé de régulation de l'équilibre thermique de la cuve de réaction d'un four de fusion à suspension, et d'autre part un brûleur de concentrés servant à alimenter en gaz de réaction et en matière solide pulvérulente la cuve de réaction du four de fusion à suspension. Selon le procédé, le brûleur de concentrés (4) débite de la matière endothermique (16) venant s'intégrer du mélange formé par la matière solide pulvérulente (6) et le gaz de réaction (5) de façon à former dans la cuve de réaction un mélange contenant la matière solide pulvérulente (6), le gaz de réaction (5), et la matière endothermique (16). Le brûleur à concentrés (4) comprend un équipement d'alimentation en agent de refroidissement (15) servant à additiver la matière endothermique (16) venant s'intégrer au mélange qui se forme à partir de la matière solide pulvérulente (6) se déchargeant par l'orifice (8) du tube d'alimentation et du gaz de réaction se déchargeant par l'orifice de décharge annulaire (14).
