Abstract
Su procedimiento de preparacion, su uso como agentes activos fungicidas y/o antimicotoxinas y/o insecticidas y/o nematicidas, particularmente en forma de composiciones fungicidas, y a métodos para luchar contra hongos fitopatogénicos, particularmente de plantas, usando estos compuestos o composiciones. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) en donde Y representa CR5 o N; T representa S o O; X1 y X2, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan un átomo de cloro o de fluor; Z1 representa un ciclopropilo no sustituido o un ciclopropilo sustituido con hasta 2 átomos o grupos que pueden ser iguales o diferentes y que pueden seleccionarse de la lista consistente en átomos de halogeno; ciano; alquilo C1-8; o halogenoalquilo C1-8 que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halogeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; Z2 y Z3, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan un átomo de hidrogeno; alquilo C1-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; alquenilo C2-8 sustituido o sin sustituir alquinilo C2-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; ciano; isonitrilo; nitro; un átomo de halogeno; alcoxi C1-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; alqueniloxi C2-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; alquiniloxi C2-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; cicloalquilo C3-7 sustituido o sin sustituir; alquil(C1-8)-sulfanilo sustituido o sin sustituir; alquil(C1-8)-sulfonilo sustituido o sin sustituir; alquil(C1-8)-sulfinilo sustituido o sin sustituir; amino; alquil(C1-8)-amino sustituido o sin sustituir; dialquil(C1-8)-amino sustituido o sin sustituir; alcoxi(C1-8)-carbonilo sustituido o sin sustituir; alquil(C1-8)-carbamoilo sustituido o sin sustituir; dialquil(C1-8)-carbamoílo sustituido sin sustituir; o N-alquilo-C1-8-alcoxicarbamoilo sustituido o sin sustituir; o Z3 y R1 junto con los átomos consecutivos a los que están unidos forman un carbo- o hetero-ciclo parcialmente saturado, de 5, 6 o 7 miembros, sustituido o sin sustituir que comprende hasta 3 heteroátomos y Z2 es como se describe en la presente memoria; o Z2 y Z3 junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos forman un cicloalquilo C3-7 sustituido o no sustituido; R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan un átomo de hidrogeno; un átomo de halogeno; nitro; ciano; isonitrilo ; hidroxilo; sulfanilo; amino; pentafluoro-gamma6-sulfanilo; alquilo C1-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; halogenoalquilo C1-8 que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halogeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; alquil(C1-8)-amino sustituido o sin sustituir; dialquil(C1-8)-amino sustituido o sin sustituir; alcoxi C1-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; halogenoalcoxi C1-8 que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halogeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; alcoxi C1-8-alquilo C1-8; alquil(C1-8)-sulfanilo sustituido o sin sustituir; halogenoalquil (C1-8)sulfanilo que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halogeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; alquenilo C2-8 sustituido o sin sustituir; arilo que puede estar sustituido por hasta 7 grupos Q; ariloxi que puede estar sustituido por hasta 7 grupos Q; arilamino que puede estar sustituido por hasta 7 grupos Q; arilsulfanilo que puede estar sustituido por hasta 7 grupos Q; aril-alquilo C1-8 que puede estar sustituido con hasta 7 grupos Q; aril-alquenilo C2-8 que puede estar sustituido con hasta 7 grupos Q; aril-alquinilo C2-8 que puede estar sustituido con hasta 7 grupos Q; piridinilo que puede estar sustituido con hasta 4 grupos Q; piridiniloxi que puede estar sustituido con hasta 4 grupos Q; aril-cicloalquilo C3-7 que puede estar sustituido con hasta 7 grupos Q; o dos sustituyentes vecinos R junto con los átomos de carbono consecutivos a los que están unidos forman un carbo- o hetero-ciclo saturado de 5 o 6 miembros sustituido o in sustituir que comprende hasta 3 heteroátomos y los otros sustituyentes R son como se describen en la presente memoria; o R1 y Z3 junto con los átomos consecutivos a los que están unidos forman un carbo- o hetero-ciclo parcialmente saturado, de 5, 6 o 7 miembros, sustituido o sin sustituir que comprende hasta 3 heteroátomos y R2 a R5 son como se describen en la presente memoria; Q, que puede ser igual o diferente, representa un átomo de halogeno, ciano; nitro; alquilo C1-8; alcoxi C1-8; alquil (C1-8)sulfanilo; halogenoalquilo C1-8 que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halogeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; halogenoalcoxi C1-8 que comprende hasta 9 átomos de halogeno que pueden ser iguales o diferentes; alquil tri(C1-8)sililo o alquil tri(C1-8) alquilo (C1-8)sililo; con la condicion que cuando Y representa N, y T representa O, y Z1 representa un grupo ciclopropilo, y R1 representa un átomo de cloro y R3 representa un grupo trifluorometilo, y R2 y R4 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, entonces al menos uno de los sustituyentes Z2 o Z3 no es un átomo de hidrogeno, así como sales, N-oxidos, complejos metálicos, complejos metaloídicos e isomeros geométricos u opticamente activos de los mismos.
