Abstract
Derivados de beta-carbolina de la formula general (I) (I y I), en las X representa un radical divalente de la formula (II); R1, R2, R3 y R4representan, independientemente entre sí, un átomo de hidrogeno, un radical hidroxilo, un alquilo inferior, unalcoxilo inferior, un ariloxilo, unradical halo o nitro o una cadena alifática no saturada, alquilcarbonilo inferior, alquilcarboniloxilo inferior, carboxilo; pudiendo estos gruposestar opcionalmente sustituidos. R5 representa un átomo de hidrogeno,un alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo, arilo, aralquilo inferior, alcoxilo inferior,alquilcarbonilo inferior, haloalquilcarbonilo inferior, alquiloxicarbonilo inferior, amino; pudiendo estos grupos estar opcionalmente sustituidos.R6, R7, R9, R10, R12,R1 3, R14 y R15 representan, independientemente entre sí, un átomo de hidrogeno, un radical alquilo inferior, un cicloalquiloinferior, haloalquilo inferior, perhaloalquilo inferior, arilo, aralquilo, alcoxilo inferior, cicloalcoxilo inferior, mono opol ihaloalcoxilo,ariloxilo, aralquiloxilo, hidroxialquilo, alquiloxialquilo, alquiltio inferior, cicloalquiltio inferior; pudiendo estos grupos estar opcionalmentesustituidos. R8 representa un alquilo inferior, un cicloalquilo inferior,hidroxialquilo, alquiloxialquilo, haloalquilo inferior, perhaloalquilo inferior;pudiendo estos grupos estar opcionalmente sustituidos. R11 representa un átomo de oxígeno o un átomo de azufre, opcionalmente sustituidos, un procesopara su preparaciony medicamentos.
