43 Oppfinnelsen vedrører nye forbindelser ifølge formel (l): H2N-CH(R1)-CH2-S-S-CH2-CH(R2)-CONH-R5, der R1 er en hydrokarbonkjede, fenyl- eller benzylradikal, metylenradikal substituert med en heterosyklisk ring med 5 eller 6 atomer, R2 er et fenyl- eller benzylradikal, en aromatisk heterosyklisk ring med 5 eller 6 atomer, metylengruppe substituert med en heterosyklisk ring med 5 eller 6 atomer, R5 er et CH(R3)-COOR4-radikal der R3 er hydrogen, en OH- eller OR-gruppe, en mettet hydrokarbongruppe, et fenyl- eller benzylradikal og OR4 er hydrofil ester, eller 5- eller 6-leddet heterosyklisk ring som omfatter flere heteroatomer valgt fra en gruppe som består av nitrogen, svovel og oksygen, med minst to nitrogenatomer, der nevnte heterosykliske ring er mulig å substituere med et alkylC1-C6-radikal, fenylradikal eller benzylradikal. Anvendelsen av de oppfinneriske oppfinnelsene i form av legemidler, et farmasøytisk preparat som omfatter nevnte forbindelser, en farmasøytisk akseptabel eksipiens, anvendelsen i sammenheng med minst én type av cannabinoidderivat for å potensere den smertestillende effekten og den anti-depressive effekten av de nye forbindelsene ifølge formel (I) og/eller morfin eller derivatene derav er også tilkjennegjort.
