Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for rensing av immunglobuliner ved ionebytterkromatografi er beskrevet. Den kromatografiske metoden anvender en svak ionebytteresin og en ett trinns elueringsmetode for rensing av et immunglobulin. I tillegg er en fremgangsmåte for bestemmelse av saltkonsentrasjonen for ett trinns eluering av et immunglobulin fra en ionebytteresin beskrevet.
