Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår 4-fenyl-5-okso-1,4,5,6,7,8-heksahydrokinolin-derivater i henhold til formel I, Formel I eller et farmasøytisk akseptab elt salt derav, hvor R1 er (1-6C)alkyl, (2-6C)alkenyl eller (2-6C)alkynyl; R2, R3, uavhengig, er halogen, (1-4C)alkyl, (2-4C)alkenyl, (2-4C)alkynyl, (1-4C)alkoksy, (3-4C)alkenyloksy eller (3-4C)alkynyloksy; R4 er fenyl eller (2-5C)heteroaryl, begge substituert med R7 og eventuelt substituert på den (hetero)aromatiske ringen med én eller flere substituenter valgt fra hydroksy, amino, halogen, nitro, trifluormetyl, cyano, (1-4C)alkyl, (1-4C)alkoksy, (1-4C)alkyltio og (di)(1-4C)alkylamino. Oppfinnelsen angår også farmasøytiske preparater omfattende nevnte derivater, så vel som anvendelse av disse 4-fenyl-5-okso-1,4,5,6,7,8-heksahydrokinolin-derivater ved terapi, mer spesifikt for behandling av sterilitet.
