Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un miRNA de tipo natural caracterizado porque:, el miRNA de tipo natural es un ácido nucleico de cadena sencilla que contiene una región X y una región Y; el término 3' de dicha región X y el término 5' de dicha región Y están enlazados a través de una región de enlace de una estructura no nucleótida; la región X comprende (a) una secuencia de cadena guía o (b) una secuencia de cadena pasajera de un miRNA maduro; en caso de (a), la región Y contiene una secuencia de cadena pasajera de este miRNA maduro; mientras que en caso de (b), la región Y contiene una secuencia de cadena guía de este miRNA maduro, y la secuencia de cadena guía y la secuencia de cadena pasajera forman una estructura de cadena doble.
