Abstract
La presente invención es concerniente con un proceso de impregnación para un sustrato fibroso, una composición líquida para implementar este proceso y el sustrato fibroso impregnado obtenido. El sustrato fibroso impregnado es apropiado para la manufactura de partes o artículos mecánicos o estructurados. En particular, la presente invención trata con un proceso industrial para impregnar un sustrato fibroso o fibras largas con una composición líquida viscosa que contiene principalmente componentes metacrílicos o acrílicos. Esta composición viscosa es llamada posteriormente en la presente jarabe (met) acrílico líquido. La invención también es concerniente con un sustrato fibroso preimpregnado con el jarabe, que es útil para la manufactura de partes o artículos mecánicos o estructurados. Mas en particular, la impregnación del sustrato fibroso con el jarabe (met) acrílico se obtiene en un molde cerrado. La presente invención también es concerniente con el proceso de manufactura para la manufactura de partes o artículos mecánicos o estructurados y partes mecánicas o estructuradas tridimensionales obtenidas mediante este proceso.
